Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai. Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom upstairs Guest Bedroom, downstairs Guest Bedroom and the loft area WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas E1 is an end unit in the E Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Too many positives to list them all!! Great unit, nice complex, fantastic ladies from the rental office at the Queens Market who were so extra kind to us! Our flight was cancelled and they were able to extend our stay 2 days with no problem. We are a family of 6 (all adults) and had plenty of space. Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed for 5 days and were impressed with the convenient location to grocery, shops and restaurants as well as near the great Resort Pools. Fabulous beach near Lava Lava Restaurant. Resortica Mgmt. company was very helpful with any of our needs.

Great condo unit. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and the team responded and repaired the toilet in less than 30 mins. Great location and great unit. Definitely would consider using them again.
We were here celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary & Birthday. We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean & comfortable. The location was excellent. The Hilton Pool pass was awesome. Thank you. Looking forward to returning again.

Gorgeous end unit with nice family living spaces to gather, outdoor lanai and upstairs balcony. Walking distance to restaurants & shops, 2 min drive to gorgeous beach. On site pools (2) were relaxing and lovely, and we used the Hilton pool pass as well for the big resort vibe one day. Garage has boogie boards, sand tiys, beach chairs, snorkel gear. Highly recommend!

No complaints about anything except that the key was supposed to work at 4:00 to get in, but it didn’t work until 4:15. The unit was gorgeous and clean. The Hilton pool pass made everything even better because of the open water lagoon that has 1000’s of fish and a whole bunch of sea turtles it was great snorkeling

Generally ok, but with a few issues
Dishwasher did not work correctly nor did the grill. Despite calling the management company. I think it was a warranty issue with the dishwasher, but that did not get my dishes clean. Had to do them by hand.
Two of the four bar stools were broke. Not enough seating for everyone to eat at the same table.
Yard was very small. No room for kids to play while we sat on the patio.
Master bedroom balcony overlooked the gas station. The blinds did not work properly to keep out the light at night.
Overall it was clean.

We appreciate your candid feedback. Our maintenance team was dispatched upon receipt of your initial call, and cleared the problem with the dishwasher (it is a brand new appliance and had an install error) and the BBQ. We were not informed of any further problems during your stay.
Unfortunately the broken bar stools had been reported from the prior guest. We are sorry that the new replacements were not received in time for your stay. We are happy to say the blinds on the sliders have now been replaced.
As far as the size of the yard and the view, we do our best to provide fair and accurate representation of our property. Our Hawaii home is a special place for us, we are sorry it did not completely meet your expectations. Once again, mahalo for the feedback, it is appreciated.

This condo had a perfect floor plan for our large family three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. However the condo needs a really good cleaning, the walls all need washed and there is large amounts of dust on windowsills & light fixtures and the carpets are filthy. Also I noticed a review from January that mentioned how dirty the carpets were and that the mattresses were old and needed replaced and management said that they would pass the information along. These things have not been addressed as the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and pillows are old and flat. If they would fix these things it would be five stars perfect.
The 2 level condo is in a corner of the building which is very private and quiet. The unit is beautiful and has a very functional layout. Its a short walk to a couple upper-end shopping centers which include a very good supermarket, retail and restaurants. The beach is less than a mile away, although we spent the day at the Hilton pools, which are lots of fun. We'd stay here again.

Great location, great size for a family of 7. Some comments, the pillows are thin and should be upgraded in all bedrooms. Towels for the bathrooms are too small and should be more of bath sheet size. The carpets are dirty and need to be shampooed, especially on the stairs. The kitchen lacks a pizza cutter and pizza pan. The beach towels are small and thin (can get much better ones at Costco). Entering the community one should be specific that you QUICKLY have to put in the code or it doesn't work. The TV needs a separate sound bar-the sound quality is poor. The stove controllers are worn off and cannot be read. The grill burners cannot be controlled for heat, and the controller knob marks are worn off. Outdoor sofa is too small and cheap quality (especially cushions). King bed upstairs, the mattress needs to be upgraded, it is springy and very uncomfortable. Sofa in living room is not held together and connectors are broken so it moves easily on the floor and apart. We are local and have a VRBO listing on Puna side and these things can be easily changed and visitors would have a much more comfy experience. Just wanted to give you complete feedback. We overall enjoyed our stay and Mahalo!

Some of the pool areas at the Hilton were closed for renovations. We weren't aware of this until we showed up at the property.
Also, the garage door opener wasn't working 100% of the time. The battery may need to be changed. The microwave in the unit was NOT cleaned. It had food all over the dish inside when I went to use it. Anne Marie was excellent! She answered all my questions and gave great suggestions.
