Aloha! Hali’i Kai #22A is located in beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast. Our villa welcomes you with the serenity of a retreat and beautiful view from the lanai of the Coconut Grove, Kohala Mountains, Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea. The two bedrooms are separated by the living / dining / kitchen. Great location for families on vacation or couples that want to share expenses but still have a bit of privacy.

Living space is 1317sf with a quiet setting to entertain friends, family conversation or just reading a good book. The villa features a lovely single level, second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium that can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom features two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a beautifully featured bath. The master bath includes dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and large walk in shower, with granite and tile throughout. The second bath includes dual granite vanities with a tub shower combo. Other features include a well-maintained kitchen that includes granite counter tops, black on stainless steel appliances and mahogany cabinets. The open floor plan features a living dining combination with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area, allowing for privacy in a multi-couple visit or quiet time for the children while Mom and Dad listen to their music! Parking is in front of the condominium garage marked 22A directly in front of the stairway to the condominium entrance.
Hali’i Kai is a private gated community with amenities that include the Ocean Club, a multi-tiered resort style pool with aqua loungers, sand bottom spa and ocean front views. The ocean side café and bar are located poolside so you can spend the day at the pool and have food and refreshments as close as 20 steps away. The Ocean Club features an exercise area to start your day with a run on a treadmill with a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The walk from #22A to the Ocean Club is 10 minutes on Nawahine Place where you can greet the neighbors with a friendly good morning or bid them good evening after a fantastic day at the Ocean Club. You must experience at least one sunset at the Ocean Club! Within 24 hours of arrival you must register at the Management office. There is a mandatory $25 daily fee collected by Resort Management at the time of registration. This is in addition to any fees paid to the 22A owner via Vrbo.
Building 22 is one of 24 buildings in Hali’i Kai, located near the entry gate, making it easy for your morning walk up and down Waikoloa Beach Drive with a stop at Starbucks and various other shops in the Queen’s and King's Market Place. Located just behind the Queen’s Market is Anaeho’omalo (A’bay) and Waikoloa Beach, both open to the public. You can snorkel, swim, enjoy the sun and listen to the sounds of the ocean on these two beaches or one of the many beaches on the Big Island of Hawai'i. There are dozens of web sites that describe the many activities of the Big Island. Car rental is recommended for your visit to the Big Island, Hawai’i.

This property was fantastic and working the with owners was easy peasy! We had an issue with the AC during our stay and it was fixed ASAP. Absolutely would stay here again!
We have stayed at this property twice and love the location. The owners are wonderful with the check in process and the property is great for a family of 4.
This was our first time to the Big Island. The condo was perfect and even better than we expected. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!
The property is spacious, with roomy luxurious bathrooms, comfy beds and an excellent kitchen. The lanai is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the meticulously manicured grounds. The pool and bar/restaurant that are part of the resort are a bit of a walk, but the view is tremendous, and it’s a great place to hang out. I’d love to come back for another visit!
This is a great 2-bedroom option on the Big Island. Large and spacious condo with everything we needed for a great trip. Loved the pool with bar/restaurant. Close to our favorite beaches. Definitely will consider staying again on our next trip.
This property was very clean, organized, and spacious. The grounds were beautiful. Denise at the office was so helpful and informative. Ideal location, close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. Also, enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the pool.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at 22A. The pool area is a little far away, but close to the ocean and very nice. The condo was great, and we are looking forward to another stay next year!
We loved our stay at Hali’i Kai!! The place was clean and perfect for our family of 6. So much to do with the best beaches nearby. They have plenty of beach gear and the apartment feels new. We used the community barbecue for a few meals. Loved the back deck! The community pool and hot tub was amazing!
We loved our stay here! Went on beach adventures everyday and loved coming back to the beautiful pool and sunset every evening. We saw whales in the ocean right from the pool our first evening. We hope to stay here again…really can’t imagine a better place to spend a vacation.

Excellent lodging in the beautiful Waikoloa location
Very spacious and nicely furnished property that provided the perfect respite for our family. There are two big bedrooms, high-end kitchen and master bath, and a veranda overlooking the grounds where we ate most of our meals. The perfect spot to explore the beaches and snorkeling on the north side!
This property was a great home base to explore the Big Island from. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the birds in the coconut grove. We also appreciated the tennis and basketball courts, and made use of the available grills several times. The Ocean club was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
We love Hawai'i and welcome you to our villa at Hali'i Kai. In our tenth year of visiting the Big Island, we decided it was time to own. We now live on Hawai’i, but split our time between Hawai'i, Texas and Illinois visiting our grandchildren. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay on the Big Island with all its natural treasures. Hali'i Kai is a excellent place to relax after a day of Big Island activities. Two large bedrooms, one with a King and the other with two Queen beds. The kitchen features modern appliances and granite counter tops. 22A is a second floor unit so no one is above you. The coconut grove is quiet with barbecue grills for your use. Parking is only a few feet from the front door. Walking or jogging in Hali'i Kai and the Waikoloa Beach Resort area is very convenient.
