Why they chose this property
We simply love the Cape Coral area! "The Cape" is centrally located between Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers . There are many things to do and the area is beautiful. Our home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but is still close to many restaurants , Beaches, Bike trails and many other Attractions.
What makes this property unique
Outstanding Neighborhood. Queit and Safe, Owner is also making property wheelchair Accessible so all can enjoy it. Please ask about specific needs.
