Nice stay with 4 bathrooms for every different bedroom to use. Location 1,8km from the Denia Old Town, easy to walk and close to the shops also. The pool is not heated but why not to make it a challenge! We jumped in every day and every day it felt warmer! Initial cleaning could be done better, specially the railings of the stairs (maybe there is some paint from painting but you can feel it with your fingers). All else very good if some small details will be checked (some screws need to tighten etc)

Lovely stay, great location.

The beds were comforable, there was always plenty of hot water. There were plenty of pans, plates and glasses and the welcome package was very nice. Parking was good and the elctric gates made the property feel secure. A little more care and attention. Cleaning was not great in the Kitchen area, spilt and dried coffee stains. Broken cupboard, which was fixed quickly, ceiling fan in the lounge area was also broken. There was no kettle, anyone from the UK Staying would appreciate a kettle for boiling water. The outside furniture also needed to be cleaned better, the tables were dirty. There were lots of mosquitos inside and outside, there were some candles for outside, but there was no wick left in them so they were of no use, we could not light them. The TV screen also has a line going through the middle, we think the Pixels have gone. If would have been nice to have 1 towel change during the week. The re-set button for the Air Con should have a sticker on it, saying it is the re-set button.

Very comfortable stay

The en suite bathrooms in all but one bedroom. This was an unexpected surprise! Instructions on how to use and reset the AC downstairs ahead of time, would have prevented an uncomfortable first night for the couple staying downstairs. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There were no tea towels to dry things after washing up in the kitchen sink. Some more bath towels would have been nice. The WiFi was not the best and it would have been great if the tv was a smart tv with Netflix etc. The location was fine but it would be good to warn people about the very narrow space to bring the car into the driveway. Due to neighbours cars, this could be quite difficult especially as we had a large SUV. We also noticed about 4 - 6 cockroaches during our stay. We appreciate that it is difficult to manage pests and it was good there was bug spray made available.

Den Pool und die ruhige Umgebung. Die Outdoor Möbel also Tisch Stühle die waren schon sehr kaputt und unbequem. Aber das wurde uns versprochen… beim nächsten Mal werden neue da sein ) Vielleicht mehr Besteck , Gläser. So mussten wir öfters die Spülmaschine anstellen. Das würde zudem die Umwelt schützen

Casa muy cómoda, reformada recientemente, bonita y con todo lo necesario. Piscina estupenda. Tres habitaciones con el baño incorporado en la habitación. Tuvimos dos dudas con el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado del salón y el wifi que nos resolvieron rápidamente. Situada al final de una calle estrecha con otras casas, con dificultad para acceder con el coche (aunque es posible y también se puede aparcar fuera). Añadiría una cortina opaca en la puerta de acceso a la terraza del segundo piso al no disponer de persiana. Facilitaría la información del aire acondicionado y la localización del router en el PDF de información general de la casa.

La casa es una maravilla. Tanto las zonas interiores como exteriores están muy cuidadas y limpias, decoración moderna. Dispone de todo lo necesario para alojarse varios dias. Nosotros hemos estado 7 personas y hay espacio más que suficiente para disfrutar de la casa. La zona de la piscina es una pasada, está muy bien mantenida. Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado o ventilador, asi como de baños propios. Respecto a la ubicación, está cerca de la playa, y, aunque el centro del pueblo está un poco alejado para ir andando, en coche llegas en 5 min. Recomendable 100%, sobre todo, para ir en grupo.
