We are a family from London. We searched for a holiday home in Spain for 14 years. Not sure whether we wanted an old rustic finca with olive groves or an apartment by the sea!
We travelled over many parts of spain looking and when we found our dream home we just knew it had to be ours!
It's a modern build but in a rustic style with lots of character.
The wrap around garden gives us a real sense of space.
We used to run a tennis coaching business before retiring so now play padel tennis most days! The courts are a few minutes walk from the villa so it's ideal.
It's our dream home in the sun

Why they chose this property

We did a lot of homework on the climate in Spain. We liked Javier, Denia and Malaga but the temperatures were always a little cooler than Murcia so we rented villas in Murcia for 2 years to see how we liked it.
We like the warm sunshine so found Murcia to be ideal.
We like the fact it's off the beaten track and not too touristy
