Good accomodation with pleasant surroundings

We really enjoyed our 1 week holiday in Minorca and Son Bou was very handy to everywhere. The apartment was a great spot and had everything my wife, daughter and myself needed. Really enjoyed enjoyable.

Logement très propre. Ustensiles de cuisine suffisants. Situé zone 3 près de la piscine au rdc, il faut un peu plus 10mn pour accéder à la plage. Boulangerie et commerces très proches. Places pour stationner. Séjour en juin.

L'appartement est très bien, grand, confortable et conforme aux photos. A notre arrivée, il était très propre. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et vue mer est très appréciable. Effectivement, il n'y a aucun fond (pas d'éponge, de sel...). La piscine à côté était fermée la dernière semaine d'octobre mais il était possible de se baigner à la piscine du restaurant moyennant une consommation. La remise des clés a été facile.

Comme d'autres, je regrette de ne pas avoir trouvé de sel, de poivre, d'huile... On vient en avion et pour 1 semaine. Il serait pratique d'en trouver comme dans d'autres locations.

Bon emplacement mais appartement décevant

Résidence agréable et bien placée à Son Bou. Plage à 10min de marche.Concernant le logement, j’ai été déçue car il y avais des fourmis et difficile de les faire partir. La climatisation est uniquement dans une chambre, l’autre chambre et le salon n’ont qu’un ventilateur au plafond.L’appart n’était pas super propre et il n’y a rien de fourni pour passer un coup au sol, aucun produit d’entretien, même pas d’aspirateur, juste un balai… pas que je sois une grosse maniaque mais entre le sable et les fourmis, ça aurait été bien.De plus, il n’y a absolument rien comme condiments dans la cuisine, pas sel poivre huile, vinaigre… il faut tout racheter pour la semaine…C’est un peu dommage car la location est assez chère et on apprécie de trouver tout ça en arrivant…Pb avec le wifi et le grille pain également mais qui ont été rapidement résolus.Donc avis mitigé…

Loin de la plage, 1 seule climatisation dans 1 chambre pour tout l’appartement ! Ce n’était pas mentionné comme ça dans l’annonce donc mauvaise surprise alors qu’il faisait très chaud.
