Very attractive property in traditional Spanish style set in large beautiful gardens with trees and flowers. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Everything we needed although we didn't cook any meals. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony with sea view. Handy to have the back balcony for drying towels etc. Overall a peaceful and pleasant holiday.

Just as advertised, comfortable and clean with all facilities.Good position for easy access to both the swimming pool and beach, which we visited daily and which had really soft sand and seawater as clear as glass and ideal temperature, perfect for bathing.All in all a very nice resort with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

We loved Son Bou, and Silvia’s apartment was super: beautifully clean; well equipped & ideally located. We would have liked to have Wifi, but that was our fault, as we didn’t check that out before we booked. We were met by Silvia’s friend in Son Bou, who was extremely helpful & informative. Nice stay in Son Bou

This Apt is in an excellent location in Son Bou and on the Island of Minorca. It’s centrally located, has easy street parking, and it’s easy to get to all ends of the Island. It was quiet yet only a few minute walk to the center and a comfortable walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and additional supplies were provided, which was much appreciated. The double (or king size) bed and the pillows were super comfortable and we slept great. It was very warm while we were there in September (~96 F with humidity). We were not able to fully enjoy the sea view because it was just too hot to open the place up, but it was lovely to see the view when leaving or returning to the unit. What I wish I had known: 1) the a/c units do a great job at cooling the two bedrooms, but not the living area on the south side and it remained very warm in this part of the apartment (maybe just bad luck with a heatwave). 2) there is no WiFi (my fault- unsure how I missed that). The Wi-Fi at the pool is very weak and didn’t even work for us to use it while sitting at a table at the bar there. Not a deal breaker for us because we had our regular data plan, but it’s good to know. 3) the listing advertised pool use “free to guests” but doesn’t mention that you must buy something from the bar/restaurant to be able to use it, nor that you must pay for the sunbed/lounger at 3€/ day, per person. So it actually costs 10-15€/day for two people to swim and relax or sunbathe on a lounger. These costs are probably more familiar to a European traveler, but they were a surprise to us. All in all, we had a great time in Minorca - it truly is a magical place 😊

Apparemment cosy, idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Idéalement placé dans le lotissement, en face de la piscine et proche de la boulangerie. La plage est accessible à 2 minutes de marche. Sur toute la semaine, nous avons trouvé une place de parking facilement bien qu’en pleine saison. Je recommande fortement.

Le logement correspond exactement à l’annonce. La terrasse est très agréable avec vue sur mer et la climatisation dans les chambres a été très appréciée ainsi que la literie qui est très confortable. L’appartement est très bien placé, proche de la plage et des restaurants tout en étant dans un quartier calme et charmant. Tout se fait à pied. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Son Bou. Nous remercions Maria Antonietta pour sa gentillesse et merci à son mari pour toutes les vidéos détaillées (et en français) pour notre arrivée dans l’appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

Bonjour Nous avons loué l'appartement 159 du 3 au 12 mai 2026l'appartement était conforme à sa description. Correct et bien équipé même si il peut semblé un peu vieillot. Pres de la plage de son bou qui est magnifique. Boulangerie à proximité pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine agréable. L'entrée est gratuite mais il faut payer 4 euros par transat. Appartement calme. Tout était bien, sauf le bruit de la soufflerie des installations gonflables face à l'appartement mais bon, on oublie vite et cela peut être génant pour certains et pas pour d'autres. Rapport qualité prix tres correct

Appartement très propre et tres bien équipé pour un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants (4 ans et 1 an : lit parapluie, siege pour table, jeux plage, machine a laver...). La localisation est parfaite pour acceder a la plage a pied en 10-15mn environ et visiter l'ile en voiture. La piscine, la pataugeoire et les jeux gonflables ont ete tres apprécies.Le coucher de soleil de la terrasse avec vue mer est sublime.A savoir : clim dans les 2 chambres mais pas le sejour, pas de wifi, transat payant 3/j a la piscine et pas de micro-ondes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour notre semaine.

Buen apartamento

El apartamento está muy bien, igual que en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta y a 5 min andando de la playa, lo único a mejorar es que en la habitación se oye la caldea del agua cada vez que se llena y es molesto sobre todo por la noche.

Tutto Perfetto e anche di più

Appartamento perfetto con tutto quello che serve anche di più ,per passare una vacanza in luogo meraviglioso. La spiaggia di Son Bou si raggiunge a piedi, si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e servizi principali. Per visitare isola consigliata macchina noleggiabile anche a Son Bou. Silvia Host perfetto , Maria Antonietta gentilissima e premurosa per il check-in e check-out . Consigliatissimo !!

MINORQUE SON BOU

Point positif: Location située dans un bel espace immobilier agrémenté de pelouses, jeux pour enfants et de quelques commerces. Points négatifs: L aménagement de la location est vétuste et un certain nombre de matériels auraient besoin d être remplacés; cuisinière a gaz dont le four ne s allume pas (les gérants nous ont acheté en urgence un petit four électrique), planche a repasser rouillée, étendoir a linge partiellement cassé. En plus lorsqu' il pleut a Minorque cela devient rapidement compliqué La terrasse n étant pas totalement protégée et l aménagement intérieur ne permettant de manger dans la location.
