Gulf Front & Ground Floor! - Free Beach Service!

Mistral 3 is a one bedroom plus bunks, one bath, ground floor ocean front unit with spectacular ocean views. Large covered balcony. Washer and dryer in unit, digital HD cable & free WIFI for your use. Bldg has just 24 units. This means our private beach is seldom crowded.

FREE BEACH SERVICE w/ 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included from March 1 - Oct. 31

PLEASE NOTE - When booking, VRBO will prompt payment for the full amount. However, only 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check in.

Living Room:

Features a large flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player, pull out queen sofa with an extra thick mattress, and a side chair and tables. Most importantly, it has amazing views of the ocean!

Kitchen:

All needed cookware, granite countertops, all necessary small and large appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating for 3 and table seating for 4.

Master Bedroom:

Features a brand new king size bed with a new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, new 40 inch TV and BluRay DVD player, dresser, iron and ironing board.

Bunk Area:

Two extra long twin bunk beds with all new linens. XL twins are the same length as a queen making these bunks comfortable even for the big kids.

Entire condo.

I am on-call as needed. I check-in with all guests on the first morning of their stay to make sure they have everything they need.

Small complex of only 24 units means that our beach is seldom crowded.

Alys and Rosemary beaches are just 1-2 miles away. Watersound, Seaside and others are just a bike or car ride away.

Go right out your patio door, through a gate and directly down to the beach! 2 night minimum unless there is a single night available between two existing bookings. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.

Great beach front condo. We rented for my son’s wedding and the entire party stayed at this complex. We loved the first floor and appreciated the private beach and small complex. Condo was clean and stocked well with any essentials. The condo and management team exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning next year.

Always a lovely stay

We've stayed in this unit many times and it's always a treat. Very clean & comfortable, well stocked but not cluttered. Great views from the porch (although it might be time to prune back the palm!) and easy access to the beach. We're already looking forward to our next visit to #3 :)

We've stayed at mistral for years and this was by far the best host and best condo we've stayed in. My wife and I absolutely loved it! The appliances were all new, the condo was renovated very nicely and the host was super friendly and helpful. It was well equipped with even plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener and paper towels. This host cares about his customers and it shows!

Great location and stay!

My family and I had the best time here. The condo was very clean and well equipped with the basics for our stay. With 3 young kids, it was great being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach. We loved the fact that the beach chair service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was included as well. It was wondering having a spot on the beach set up and ready for us when we came out. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Easy to relax in a beach front condo

This Gulf front condo has all the amenities you’ll need to relax on your beach trip. Check-in was very easy, and we were delighted to find a spotless and very comfortable “home” for our short stay. The space has a full-sized kitchen with all the cookware you’ll need, plenty of seating, and thoughtful touches such as charging g stations on side tables in the living groom and bedroom. Best of all, the view is gorgeous and the beach is just a few steps away! Restaurants and grocery are nearby.We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Perfect spot on 30a!

The location of this condo is perfect for our family. The back door opens up to the steps down to the beach. Having the beach chairs already at the beach is really convenient! We love that we can still bike down to Seacrest and Rosemary or to The Big Chill by Water Sound. The condo is always clean and easy to check in and out of.

Gulf Front Paradise

We have been coming to 30A for 10 years. We have stayed in some great properties, but this was our first time being gulf front and we will never stay anywhere else again! The view is the biggest draw, but the condo was a very comfortable stay. It was well stocked, clean, had nice linens and all the amenities you need. The chair service was such a great addition to the trip. The hosts made everything easy and we felt very comfortable. We do not hesitate in recommending this to anyone looking to book.

Great unit for an off-season getaway

My wife and I spent three nights here in the interim period between Spring Break and the start of summer. It was a great unit: clean, stocked with the basics, and located on a private section of the beach reserved for condo residents. One of the best amenities is the complimentary chair/umbrella service. Check in/check out is very smooth, and the owner made sure to reach out to us throughout to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). It was as smooth a stay as possible, and we would definitely book this place again.

Very clean, wonderful experience!

Exactly as advertised. We could hear the waves crashing from the porch, which was a priority for us. Very well kept residence with everything we needed for our getaway. Only point of constructive criticism is that the bed is pretty firm, but definitely not a deal breaker. Also, the property management is top notch! We'll definitely be back!

Great condo on the beach!

This rental was perfect for our Spring Break stay! It was right on the beach, clean, and roomy for the 3 of us! John checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and made lots of recommendations for things to do and where to eat. We loved having the beach chair service! Lots of little beach communities to bike or drive to with different shops and restaurants. Short drive to Destin—we went on a gloomy day to checkout the outlet mall. The condo and location were everything we were hoping for! We will be back!

This makes our third visit to this property in the last six years!! It's three words for us...........location, location, location!! The condo has been updated with a new bath, new flooring, new appliances, cabinets, granite, etc.!!! I'm guessing there is a fourth visit within the next couple of years!

Oustanding condo!

This is our third stay here at Mistral 3. It has recently been remodeled and is BEAUTIFUL! (Though is was very nice before the remodel.) They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact with questions. The beach service (an umbrella and two chairs) set up each morning for you is a PLUS! You cannot go wrong with this condo. See you next year, guys! :-)

This spot is perfect for our family. We can walk right onto the beach which is convenient with small kids. The beach isn’t crowded and the condo is always clean. The owners communicate quickly. This was our second year staying here and definitely not our last.

Always a pleasure

We are frequent guests here and appreciate the high level of consistency, ease, and comfort. This was our first time to stay after the new renovation and it's great- updated and welcoming without feeling over the top. Sip coffee on the porch & watch the ocean for dolphins, easily prepare meals in a nicely updated kitchen, enjoy the sand & sea breeze in the provided beach chairs. Lovely!
