Our stay in Florence was wonderful. The location was great, in a neighborhood that had many great restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive, and the check in process was very easy. The apartment was bigger than expected, and perfect for two of us.

Checking was excellent. Representative met us early at the residence. Was expecting only to drop off luggage but was told cleaners were already done so we were allowed full access when we arrived... that was a blessing!!

Paola greeted us and showed us how everything worked, where to eat, and gave us a personalized map. When the hot water heater broke, repair people fixed it instantly. A quiet, great location.

The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We arrived later than originally expected but were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Paola’s recommendations for restaurants, pastries, markets, leather goods and other area merchants were excellent. The location of the apartment is one of its greatest strengths. Though just two blocks from the Duomo with many main attractions within easy reach, the neighborhood is comprised of locals rather than tourists. Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio is a short walk as well as enjoyable restaurants such as La Ghiotta.

We had a wonderful stay. Less than 10 minutes (walking) from the Duomo and Uffizi. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Paola provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. Highly recommend.
