One of the most beautiful properties in Palm Springs, outstanding contemporary architecture, in a spectacular setting. Our near 5,000 sq. foot home was recently built to the highest standards. The small estate of which we are part was awarded the best production house in North America by the American Institute of Architects.

Our home boasts a huge Great Room, breathtaking Master Suite including steam shower and enormous his+her closet space. In addition, there are three highly comfortable guest rooms, all en-suite. There is also a media room with 60'' TV and surround sound; in addition a music streaming system that operates throughout the house.

The house has every possible comfort, at the highest spec. The outside space is lavish, with a 45'' foot salt water lap-pool, 6-person (or more!) spa, outdoor shower, dining with seating for 8, sheltered seating gazebo, and full grill/outdoor fridge. There is a separate patio area off the dining area, lovely for morning coffee or for afternoon shade. Pick the limes for your cocktails from your own tree!

The furniture throughout is top-quality, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Artek, Poul Kjaerholm, Arne Jacobsen, Mies van der Rohe, all original pieces, mostly shipped by us from Europe.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed of highest quality and comfort. We use Frette bedding and towels.

The kitchen area has a 25 foot island, two ovens, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge-freezer, and wine cooler. There is also a walk-in pantry, utility room with top-end Miele washer, and dryer, and the piece de resistance.. a wine room with two vast Sub-Zero wine coolers!

The neighbourhood is exclusive, with the house behind security gates. Sunrise -particularly from the Master Bedroom - and sunset are spectacular. The area is peaceful, and there are bike-rides and hiking literally from the front door. The house has a 3 car garage off a private driveway.
This is an oasis of calm, privacy (the house and gardens are not overlooked), and luxury, just 5 minutes south from downtown Palm Springs, surrounded by mountains.

We are convinced you will not find anything comparable in terms of standard, design, or location.
