Family friendly accommodations with two master suites fully equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, gas grill, coffee maker, kids games, and much more.

The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day (subject to change by community)

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* $500 Security Deposit (Refundable).
* 50% of rental fee due upon reservation, 50% due 60 days prior to rental.
* Sleeps 16: Two kings, two queens, four twins, and two queens (pull-outs in loft).
* No Pets Allowed.
* linens/bath towels are not provided however will provide several local providers.
