Just 100 yards from the clubhouse and resort amenities, this beautifully designed 5,000 sq ft home offers the perfect setting for multi-family vacations, golf getaways, and relaxing beach escapes. Enjoy spacious indoor living, multiple outdoor terraces overlooking the 6th green and Indian River Bay, and easy access to the Peninsula’s world-class golf, pools, spa, tennis, and dining.

The house offers six large, bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and cable TV, providing both comfort and privacy for all guests. The home includes a spacious professional kitchen with two dining areas, a spectacular Great Room with fireplace (operational in winter only) and an 85” TV, and a large second-floor loft with a 75” TV, creating multiple spaces for entertainment and relaxation.

Outdoor living is equally impressive. Guests can enjoy a ~600 sq ft deck, a screened porch, and three second-floor balconies overlooking the 6th green of The Peninsula Golf Course and Indian River Bay. For additional entertainment, the home also features a foosball table and a pinball machine, perfect for younger guests. High-speed FIOS internet is available throughout the house, and every bedroom includes an HDTV with FIOS service.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Weekday Pass- $15/ Adults & $8/ age 6-15. Friday & Sunday Pass- $25/ Adults & $10 age 6-15. Fitness Classes: $7 per person (subject to change).

The Peninsula is just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach, often referred to as “The Nation’s Summer Capital.” Rehoboth offers excellent shopping, outstanding restaurants, and a vibrant coastal atmosphere. The famous mile-long boardwalk, named one of the “Best Boardwalks in America,” features shops, dining, and entertainment for all ages.

Important Property Rules
- Peninsula regulations allow a maximum of four (4) vehicles to be registered at the gatehouse.
- A Level 2 EV charger (JuiceBox) is available in the garage for overnight charging.
- Linens are provided; please bring your own towels (or request towel service).
- VRBO quotes for groups larger than eight include an additional guest fee.
- Minimum age for unrelated adult groups: 30 years.
- No smoking, vaping, or hookah use.
- No pets allowed due to allergy and HOA restrictions.

This property is designed for multi-generational families and groups of close friends. This is not a party house. For security purposes, the property includes three exterior cameras and two noise sensors (indoor/outdoor, no voice recording).

Reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day require a Saturday check-in/check-out with 7, 14, or 21-night stays in accordance with Peninsula HOA and Club rules.

Please clean the BBQ grill and don’t leave any extra trash bags outside the bins. Excess trash bags can be discarded in the community dumpster (turn right after you leave the gate house).
No need to strip the beds, just leave as is.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
BOOKINGS during rate periods with a SATURDAY CHANGEOVER (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN/OUT ON SATURDAYS

Wonderful vacation!

Grand Slam III house was everything it was advertised to be! It was a wonderful home with ample space for our 3 generation family. I can’t think of a single thing missing from this home. The location was also fantastic, near the pools, athletic center and clubhouse. We will always have wonderful memories of our vacation at the Peninsula.

The overall grounds and amenities were outstanding The house itself was in a great spot walk to pool etc. House had excellent layout plenty of space for kids to separate from the adults and well appointed was very clean on arrival. Only drawback was the time it took to get to the beaches in the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house or place to stay! The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen with every tool and appliance, to spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, and bathrooms for every room. There was more than enough space for multiple families, and we never once felt crowded.The garage was stocked with beach supplies and toys, which made our trips to the beach super easy and fun. And the pool club amenities were perfect for all ages—our group had kids ranging from 1 to 8 years old, and everyone had something to enjoy.You don’t even have to leave the Peninsula! Everything is within walking distance—pools, the beach, and a beautiful nature trail. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and convenient.The owner was incredibly easy to contact and made sure we had all the information we needed for a great trip. Their communication and attention to detail made everything run smoothly from start to finish.Everything about the house and location made this an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Unforgettable summer week

We enjoyed an unforgettable summer week at the Grand Slam House. This newly built, spacious, and immaculately clean rental is located conveniently as the first house adjacent to the community and golf center, with the beach pier just a stroll away. So nice to just walk over from the pools for the kids (and adults) to take a break in the air-conditioned house. The recently opened third pool features an obstacle course, volleyball and other water games which was a hit with the kids. On our final day, we were treated to a spectacle as Peninsula fathers joined in, armed with water guns, sprayed the kids (and dads) amid the obstacle challenges—truly a highlight of our stay. We rented bikes and kayaks from the club and spend a couple of days at the Rehoboth beaches. We treated ourselves to two dinners at the clubhouse with the remaining week cooking/grilling in the generously stocked, chef kitchen in the house. We have rented numerous beach houses in the area over the years, but the Grand Slam House stands out as the most remarkable. Our summer vacation was nothing short of amazing, creating memories for the whole family.

Wonderful Delaware Adventure

We had such a wonderful family adventure in this home over the July 4th week. This home is absolutely beautiful and large enough for our family of 12. The amenities in this community are wonderful as well, the kids loved the wave pool and watching the fireworks from the upstairs balcony. We ate at both the Terrace Club and the Clubhouse located on property, and the food in both were amazing! We also visited both Bethany and Rehoboth beaches as well as the boardwalk, and although they are both nearby, the traffic in Delaware makes them 35-45 minutes travel time. The beaches are beautiful and clean! The owner of this property was very accommodating and answered all inquiries in a timely manner. This home is in a beautiful growing community, that enabled us to easily walk to the pools, clubhouse, workout facility, etc in just minutes. Stunning home for our 2023 family vacation! Thank you for sharing your home with us, if we ever get back to Delaware we will certainly stay here again! Only suggestion, offering towel service even at an additional cost would be a great option, beach towels are an exception, but having to bring bath & hand towels is a bit of a pain!

Fantastic Stay at the Peninsula

My family spent a week in December at the Grand Slam House (grandslamhouse.com) and it did not disappoint. Communication with Dirk was super-fast and he made the check-in (going thru the gate house, having all the beds made at arrival, turning on the heat, getting the club passes, etc.) easy, so organized! The house is super clean, and Dirk provides some helpful labels for the many switches and other equipment to simplify their use. The house is very large but still provides multiple cozy spaces. Mostly, we hang out in the kitchen where the whole family had space to eat and chat! A perfect spot for some of us to cook (all the necessary supplies such as pots and pans are provided, so well equipped) and to watch football on the big screen in the living room. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space, but the house has multiple decks, and the view is incredible in the morning and evening at sunset! Dirk placed a Christmas tree in the living room which made us really enjoy the holidays. We highly recommend visiting the community pier at sunset, what a beautiful place to see the complete bay! We had a wonderful vacation, and we are all looking forward to visiting in the summer again!

The best vacation with the whole family

We spent the week at the Grand Slam House with 3 generations enjoying every minute in this beautiful home. The brand new house is truly amazing, from the professional, fully stocked kitchen, to the multi-story common areas, to the number of bedrooms each with its own bath and TV. The house is spotless, and the decoration is so detailed and stunning creating a luxurious and welcoming feeling every time you enter it. We have been traveling the world and this vacation experience was truly top notch! We were lucky with the weather in November and were able to use the outside spaces and many of the amenities the Peninsula has to offer. The outside porch is looking at the 6th hole green and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the 1st and 2nd floor deck. The kids loved the indoor pool area (adults jumped into the hot tub) and we all played pickle ball in the stadium courts (the club provides paddles and balls). Here, we met other players which made it so much more fun. We did have to pay the extra fee for the amenities, but it is a great investment to get the most out of your stay. The hit for everyone is the bonus room with Foosball and pinball machine. We had quite a bit of competition between the generations, and this made it a truly memorable vacation. The house has so much space that we were able to chat in the kitchen undisturbed while the kids were upstairs having a great time. Finally, communication with Dirk was easy and fast. His personal website at www.grandslamhouse,com has many recommendations and is a great resource for check in and out as well. We have already booked for the next summer with him directly as the kids want to come back and enjoy the wave pool and all the other summer activities the area has to offer. We all look forward to our next stay at Grand Slam House.

We love The Peninsula, all the amenities and people. Our gated community is extremely safe, and a fantastic getaway away from the bustle of the beach but still only a short drive away from Lewes or Rehoboth!
