It was good. Good location, close to all the tourist attraction spots. But it is on a busy street so there was noise, but it’s a big city so noise is to be expected. We would stay again if traveling to Madrid

We received no information on how to check in from the host. I had to contact support to get in touch with the host. One of the showers leaked through the ceiling into the living room. The AC was unable to cool the bedrooms below 26 C despite being set to the minimum temperature and maximum power. The WiFi also did not work well in the upstairs bedrooms. Apart from that, the apartment was relatively well stocked with essentials. The rooftop terrace was great and the pictures are accurate. Overall disappointed in the stay and will be looking for a different property next time I am in Madrid.

Lovely modern apartment and really nice location. WiFi left something to be desired as did the AC. Bedrooms on the second floor were too hot for a good night sleep and there were no fans. It was too hot to enjoy the roof during the day, but when we did during the early morning we loved it! A few amenities were missing that would have made the experience 10/10, but they were relativity small compared. The responsiveness of the staff was good originally, but then the office closed on Saturday and it was hard to get a response. Because of the above, felt like the apt. was overpriced. If the AC had worked better or if there were fans available, we likely would give it 5 stars.
