Our condo is a two-bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like they're close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort in a nautical color theme. We also wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. In other words, make this a home away from home. For our guests and us. Guests of Twin Palms will be required to register for parking through the 3rd party vendor, Parknspot. Guests are able to register up to 2 vehicles for $60 per vehicle.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
