We have stayed here for several years. We love the location and ease of booking, The condo was as described. There is demolition happening daily right now right next to the condo. It is so loud it is hard to relax on the beach. It would have been nice to have known that before booking.

This is listed as a two bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is not.ir has one bedroom and a small box room that has bunk beds in it as the second bedroom. The ceiling fan did not even work in this box room. Extremely disappointed. Several other issues: the curtains in the box room were filthy, never could get either of the three tvs to work. We just wat h normal tv and dont have all of those apps that these tvs required. The balcony was so filthy. The rug in the living area was dirty. They say you can be fined for putting dirty dishes in cabinets, well, i had to wash every coffee cup and pan I took out to use. They were not clean. Still had coffee stains on side of cups.The toaster required you to pop up the toast. It did not work properly. You had to flush the commode two and three times to get the toilet paper to flush. In shower, suppose to be shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bottles were empty in master bath.We did not use the dishwasher nor the washing machine because they smelled so bad. Was advised by the individual that checks the rooms to just not open the closet because the doors were off of the track. So, we were not able to get more pillows.The curtain in the living room going to balcony was not hooked at the top.Outside shower curtain in 2nd bath was filthy and had an awful odor to it.2 trash bags for a six days stay and 2crolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay. Very disappointed and will not rent this unit again.I suggest the owner go take a look at it cleane

Thank your feedback. I show that our office reached out to check on your group several times during your stay with us, as we do with all our guests, and you never responded. I am surprised to see such a laundry list of issues you are reporting, all a first for this condo, without you reaching out to our office once in your 6 nights to ask for assistance or to report anything wrong at all. We would have been happy to address these cleaning and maintenance issues. The soaps that we supply are not refillable, they are individual travel size that were left in the condo prior to your arrival according to the video our cleaner sent when they completed the clean. We only supply a starter pack of soaps, trash bags, and toilet paper to get our guests going and the rest is up to them. We have no intention of this being able to last for some guests full stay. The condo is, however, accurately advertised accurately online with the second bedroom clearly a small space. I apologize that this detail was missed when you booked the condo. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Great beach and pool view. The condo was disappointing for the price. The rails on the bunk bed were not secure, dishwasher would not get the dishes clean, three light fixtures need light bulbs, tv in master bedroom was not working, hot and cold water handles on bathtub reversed in master bathroom, chest in second bedroom had three drawers that fall out when opening, the fan was not working in the second bedroom and no dresser in the MBR. I was told it had not changed since I saw the pictures in March. The pictures did not show the above problems. Maintenance did address some of the problems. When I told them today that the dishwasher did not work, the response was I should have told them sooner so it could be fixed for the next guest. I had no idea I was in charge of maintenance. I was disappointed in the furnishings for the money we paid. The condo needs to be updated. I have never had issues with any condos in the past.

We appreciate you reporting all of these items while you were with us, all the way down to the lightbulbs. I do find it interesting that you reported so many items, and complained about the dishes not coming clean, but didn't report the machine not working until the day of your departure.
