Includes basic cable TV, firestick, landline for phone calls, free wifi, private parking, backyard and grill. Apartment is pet free. Great hiking trails in the area, Walkway on The Hudson, biking trails, historic sites such as FDR Home, Vanderbilt Mansion, Locust Grove. Close to Millbrook, Rhinebeck is 30 minutes away, Links at Unionvale Championship golf course and event center 4 miles, Hudson River cruises. Culinary Institute is 30 minutes away for foodies along with the many restaurants that are owned or employ their graduates.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the center of Dutchess County so anything within the county is only a short ride away. The apartment is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with house well separated for privacy. We are surrounded by many horse farms, a world class winery, many breweries in rural settings.
