The hotel double booked rooms and upon arrival with my 15-year-old son, we were rudely turned away by the front desk person. When I questioned the woman why my room was given away, I was told they were full and I had to leave. This put me and my son in bad situation as the area's hotels were booked solid for the weekend. Poor service and will never look to stay at any of their properties again.

Do not stay here. It looks nothing like the pictures. It is unkept and shabby. There are groups of people hanging out in the parking lot that don’t welcome strangers. The clerk in the lobby is behind bulletproof glass. I left and am in the process of try to get a refund but all the communication from the owner is in German so it’s difficult.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying to get my money back from the owners. I feel this listing is deceptive.
