El apartamento en sí es correcto, pero la terraza, su mayor atractivo, es inutilizable

Tal y como se anuncia por escrito y por las imágenes que se incluyen, nuestra familia escogimos el apartamento por la terraza exterior publicitad (de hecho balcón más bien). Pero NO se puede utilizar debido al extractor de humos (olores) y el ruido del restaurante que está justo enfrente. Ni tan siquiera se puede tener la ventana abierta. Sinceramente decepción total y sensación de engaño(!) Por favor NO PUBLIQUEN información engañosa y omitan la disponibilidad de terraza y sus imágenes.
