Lakefront Cottage with Private Beach and Dock

Our rustic cottage is on the East-facing shoreline of Big Sandy Pond. Walk out the door and relax on the sandy beach with clear water. On this pond you can swim, tube, canoe, kayak, water-ski, boat, snorkel or sail. The 134-acre lake is also managed as a catch-able trout pond and is annually stocked in the spring and fall with Brook, Brown, and Rainbow trout.

Just 15 minutes from Cape Cod and historic Plymouth and only 45 minutes from Boston and Providence. A myriad of activities await you and your family.

Our charming and rustic cottage is now available for active individuals/families. Please note that access to the beach and water requires using steps, which may not be suitable for everyone. However, if you relish the idea of a bit of exercise and don't mind the steps, this cottage offers a perfect getaway with stunning views and a serene atmosphere.

Steve and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for 25 years. Steve has been coming to Plymouth to visit family every summer since he was a little guy. Our dream was to own a little piece of heaven for our kids to come visit every summer, just like their dad.
