Large lawn, beautiful gardens, covered decks, and many trees. Five minutes south of Soldotna in a quiet neighborhood. Only 70 miles from Homer, 11/2 hours from Seward, and 20 minutes to groomed trailhead to caribou hills. Close to Kasilof and Kenai rivers
