Such an amazing property, very spacious for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Beautifully decorated throughout to a high standard, so much attention to detail, Emma has thought of everything.
The grandchildren loved sharing the bunk bed bedroom they had lots of fun.
Lovely location just outside Cheltenham.
Our stay here far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life than the photo's. The cleanliness was outstanding and absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms especially looked like they'd never been used! Lovely touches from the host like the home made cake on arrival. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and no shortage of plates, bowls etc. There was a starter kit for the kitchen on arrival which easily lasted our whole weekend and additionally an amazing stock of tea towels, dishwater tables, salt, pepper, tea bags etc which were lovely additions and didn't go unnoticed. The main room was perfect for entertaining as a family and a great space for everyone to hang out from having dinner and drinks in the evening to playing board games and doing puzzles. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely like to come back again!

Stay at The Old Tractor Shed
We’ve had a brilliant week as a multi generational family stay plus friends dropping by for the day on their way to Devon.
The house is great for a large gathering with plenty of space. Very comfortable and quiet.
It was a lot easier to find than we thought providing you check out the destination first.
There is plenty to do in the local area and Cheltenham Pittville Park was definitely worth a trip with the children as was Sudeley, Westonbirt Arboretum and Chedworth Villa.
We went to Dunkerton for a coffee. VERY busy Saturday afternoon, early morning was delightful and pastries delicious.
I would highly recommend using Emma to cook for you. The food was absolutely delicious and she was so accommodating with our grandchild’s allergies.
All in all a brilliant week!!

The best stay for a long time!
Thank you Emma!! What an amazing host! She was beyond accommodating and kind to us at our recent stay. We meet up once a year myself and a group of friends and we had the best weekend in Cheltenham. Emma gave fantastic recommendations and even catered for us with the most delicious platters! The house is amazing it is the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in and so comfortable. The location is fantastic tucked peacefully out the way but 10 mins into Cheltenham and a walk to Dunkertons which was brilliant! Lots of delicious food and drink! Thank you Emma we will be back!

A beautiful stay at The Old Tractor Shed
We had the most wonderful stay at The Old Tractor Shed for my dad’s 70th birthday.
The photos don’t do the property justice, it was huge and immaculate! The location was perfect and the views from the garden were spectacular. We loved the large diner with the bar. The beds were super comfortable. The cake baked my Emma on arrival was a lovely touch. There was nothing we could fault from this incredible stay.

The perfect stay for a wedding weekend
A 100% experience - my friends and I came here for my wedding weekend and it was perfect. The cleanliness and quality of the barn was impeccable, with stylish country decor yet cosy and very comfortable.
The large ‘banquet hall’ was a show-stopping room and brilliant place to celebrate and get ready in, with a fun bar area and great surround sound speakers.
All of the rooms were lovely and airy, and finished to a high standard - a great nights sleep. And when it comes to a room of 4 including bunk beds, you usually think you’ve drawn the short straw but these were so lovely and cosy and just as good as the other standard rooms.
Plenty of bathrooms and toilets so you don’t feel like you were waiting around for others. Appliances and amenities were spot on and you felt at home the minute you walked through the door.
Views from the garden were picture-perfect countryside and whilst it’s on a working farm, it was very peaceful and felt tucked away like you were in your own bubble. The courtyard was a lovely outdoor space and dog friendly - a great place for a bbq or sitting out with drinks.
Emma the host had left us a homemade Victoria sponge upon arrival which was so good, along with milk, tea and coffee - the perfect welcome especially if you’ve been driving a while and haven’t yet picked up any shopping.
She was a wonderful and considerate host - prompt and friendly communication, helpful in terms of directions and identifying the correct entrance (as it can be a tad unclear given the rural location but very easy and accessible once located.)
She also offers a range of homemade catering options which I’d highly recommend. We went to Dunkertons in the evening which is a short taxi drive away (added bonus to the property) so we didn’t go for any dinner options which also sounded delicious, but on the morning of my wedding she prepared an incredible breakfast buffet of fresh pastries, yoghurts, bacon rolls, salmon bagels, pancakes and fruits, with juices, tea and coffee. It all looked and tasted wonderful and helped to make the morning so relaxed and enjoyable - a real treat.
Emma was so friendly yet discreet and wasn’t intrusive - she didn’t make us feel like we were on eggshells around her as the host, but was also more than happy to have a chat and wish us the best for the day.
Within 5 minutes of being there we said we’d definitely be back again for a weekend get away with family and friends as it’s the perfect spot for relaxation and comfort, yet accessible to beautiful Cotswold walks, bars/eateries, and Cheltenham itself. Especially in autumn or the run up to Christmas with the lovely log burners and fireplaces.
Highly recommend Emma and The Old Tractor Shed!

Brilliant and quaint property
We had a great time at the Old Tractor Shed. Everything was in mint condition and the immense dining/living area was stunning.
The secluded location (but still at an arm's reach to Cheltenham) was also a plus.
We totally recommend this to a group of friends with/without kids.

Fantastic property ever detail taken care of for our large family celebration
Big enough for three generations of our four families, with the space both inside and outside, provided everyone with the room they required.
The Old Tractor Shed and garden were both beautifully presented set in an area of wonderful countryside with superb views!
All modern facilities available within a well designed homely property with an eye for combining old and new elements of design and furnishings giving us every comfort.
Could not wish for a more welcoming home for the long weekend we stayed.
The owners provide an excellent service
We strongly recommend this property.

Family stay.
Five adults and five children had a wonderful week together. The Old Tractor has plenty of room inside and out, for 'spacing out' and so we were not all on top of each other, all the time. Easy access to various places for day trips out.
We took up the option of catering for our first and final evening.
Emma provided a choice of delicious home cooked food which had generous portions and we felt, was very fairly priced. Do look at this as an option if you stay here, as well worth it. Emma is easy to communicate with to arrange this.

Loved it
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and settle in. The location couldn’t have been better—lovely, scenic walks right nearby and the most charming fluffy cows as neighbors, which our family adored. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality family time. Visiting in autumn was magical with the stunning colors all around. Thank you for a memorable getaway; we hope to return!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay
What can we say other than our stay couldn't have been anymore perfect. We had 12 people staying and everyone was blown away with how modern and beautiful everything was. The barn was kitted out with more than enough kitchen products, cooking products, glasses and mugs. The cleanliness was top notch and everything in the barn was of super high quality. Emma was an amazing host with exceptional communication and super helpful. We literally have no bad comments or feedback to give. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

10 stars!
If I could this rental 10 stars I would! The home was absolutely beautiful, you could tell the owners put great thought and care into the property. It truly felt like a home away from home, with small thoughtful gestures like a baby gate for our small children and fresh eggs!
The owners are extremely nice and accommodating! We will 100% be back! Great location to Cotswolds villages as well.

All We Could've Hoped For
We had a wonderful 10 night stay in The Old Tractor Shed which does not feel at all old when you walk through the door. Everything is very fresh and new. Fabulous sized boot room for all the coats and shoes which is very necessary considering the vagaries of the British weather this summer. Several times we came back to the house with dripping coats and soggy shoes - thankfully we did not need to trail anything through the cottage.
Well appointed kitchen with all that we needed. Extremely sharp new knives which were a delight to use. Usually have to sharpen the knives wherever we stay.
Bedrooms were lovely. Very comfortable beds.
Bathrooms beautifully fitted with good sized showers and good-sized towel radiators.
Very sheltered and pretty courtyard for sitting out on the days that were good.
Close in to Cheltenham and all the restaurants there. Loved discovering the cider and other produce at Dunkertons Cider Shop which is just down the hill from the cottage.

Family fun
We had a lovely stay.
As a group of 10 from over 80 to 8, the house was comfortable, immaculate and so well equipped. The location is so ok peaceful but still close enough to shops and sights. Our hosts, Emma and Jonathan were friendly and approachable.
Emma runs her own catering business and she made us a delicious meal for our first night - I would highly recommend using her services whilst staying at The Old Tracyor Shed. We had a fantastic time.

A place to stay for family while we prepared for our wedding nearby
We were preparing for our upcoming marriage at a nearby church , I needed a place for my family to stay so that we could all be together and enjoy the preparations and the aftermath of the wedding. We chose the old tractor shared because it looked great in the pictures and it didn't disappoint. Well, what a lovely house, everything so well appointed and a real comfortable feeling of peace , space and calm. We did meet the owners who are lovely people and made us feel very welcome.. I would highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing stay tucked away in the cotswolds.
