This spacious, 2.5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms is located right near the beach in the heart of the quiet Grand Strand area. Bedroom accommodations have two rooms with queen size beds and a top floor loft (that kids love) with twin beds. Each room has TV, and enjoy the 65" TV with cable for your relaxing enjoyment.
FREE Highspeed WIRELESS, high chair, booster seat and crib available for NO EXTRA CHARGE.
We are close to all delights, the Pavilion, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, golfing, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theater and Colonial Mall. The community offers an indoor pool (right beside us for those rainy days) and a hot tub (my happy place), several outdoor pools, and outside grilling. Sorry No Pets Allowed and No smoking in this unit.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR BELONGINGS MUST Be out by 11am. Every minute past 11am we charge $1 per minute over. Our cleaners need enough time to thoroughly clean and sanitize before next renters arrive.

A $130 departure cleaning fee includes sheets, pillowcases, towels & washcloths but we encourage you to bring extras!

The place was absolutely amazing. It was far enough from all the hustle and bustle but yet close enough you could get anything needed with 5 or 10 minutes. My grandchildren loved it. When we go back to Myryle Beach this place will be #1 on our list to stay.

Perfect place to stay even when you don't want to go to beach condo has a indoor pool,hot tub, sauna to enjoy right next to the unit. Only downfall there are no elevators. Condo had everything you needed, Perfect place to unwind from all the activities.

Sister's Trip

The location and the property layout is really nice. However, the property could use some updating, i.e. refrigerator and stove. Washer and dryer doors seems to be a little fragile when opening and closing. Cleanliness was adequate. We rewashed towels, because we weren't sure how long they had been hanging. We really enjoyed hanging out on the screened in patio. Overall it is a nice property and we would stay there again.

Great family vacation

This is the first we have stayed in this area at Myrtle Beach. Renting from the Henry''s was great. Any questions I had, they answered very quick. My 2 kids are adult age and each brought a friend. Their condo accommodated 6 adults. We had plenty of space and with the extra loft in this unit, enough beds as well. It was very clean. We had a wonderful family vacation. The extra space in the condo, quiet area, indoor and outdoor pools helped make it a good vacation. I plan on renting from the Henry''s again. I would highly recommend their condo.

Beautiful property and great location

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is located on the third floor in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and other utensils. There was a Keurig coffee maker but we did not use it. There was also a regular coffee maker. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths for the whole family. All the electrical switches were labeled, which I absolutely loved! Very close to the beach, about 0.4 miles and 5 minutes from Walmart. Great place. I would definitely come back with my family next year.

Great condo. The loft bedroom added so much. Located right next to the indoor pool and hot tub and around the corner from the neighborhood grills. It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. This was our second stay here and we will be back again.

Clean, fully equipped kitchen with TVs in all rooms, swimming, hot tub, sauna facilities next to building. The sun-protected pool was awesome. Teenagers' sleeping quarters were in the loft, they enjoyed having their private space. Could Sleep 8 comfortably. This will be our future Myrtle Beach lodging

The condo was nicely located with a short walk to the beach and easy access to the covered pool. It is on the third floor with a little walk up stairs in case anyone has mobility concerns. There were a few housekeeping issues that we were able to communicate with the owners about to resolve. Overall a great place for a family with teens to keep fed and occupied.

Home away from home!

I can’t really explain how grateful we are to have been able to stay in this home! You feel so comfortable just as you would if you were home. My kids loved the space and that they had plenty to play around and not be on top of each other! I’m really grateful to Nicole she did everything possible for us to have a good stay and for sure will recommend for anyone to stay here. We definitely would book again if we go back to Myrtle Beach.

Lovely place

This property was great! Not too far of a walk to the beach. The stairs to the loft made me a bit nervous with my three year old (she fell down them) but otherwise very family friendly place.

Nicole is very helpful and gets right back to you when contacted. This unit is in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Housekeeping could keep the place cleaner, not the fault of the owners. Overall would definitely rent this place again! Thank you Nicole for a wonderful stay!

August 2019 Trip to the Henry's Condo in Myrtle Beach

We were very impressed by the entire place. We found it very spacious and CLEAN. Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Henry's beach house. Will definitely keep it on our list of places to visit again.

We chose to purchase in this area because the Grand Strand is close to everything without the traffic and noise. We are close enough to walk to the beach and call our location one of Myrtle Beach's 'best kept secrets.'

What makes this property unique

It is bound to rain at least one of your vacation days so the indoor pool and hot tub that is next door makes our condo 'priceless' and where else will you get this much room with FREE WiFi?
Due to HOA....Sorry no pets allowed!!
