Renovated with new LVP flooring, new kitchen appliances and new AC. It has incredible ocean views from the 18th floor of Brighton which can all be enjoyed from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom is oversized (one of the biggest in Brighton). It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Had a fabulous time!

The 1803 Brighton has been renovated and conducive to joy filled vacationing, and relaxation, whike enjoying the beautiful views of the Atlantic, and dramaticly designed views of Embassy's pool area. Updated baths, kitchen, flooring and furnishings are all tastefully done adding to the comfort that one experiences during a visit to the fun filled Myrtle Beach Area. Enjoyed every moment of our stay, and will definately schedule a return visit, with the added benefit of a discount!

Everything as described. Wonderful place.

Very nicely appointed condo on the 18th floor overlooking the ocean on one side, a beautiful pond on the other and a fun waterpark and Brew pub in the middle owned by Embassy Suites. Views are fantastic! Also very convenient to shopping and attractions. We would stay here again.

Great vacation home! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was the perfect amount of space for our family — comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Elevators were quick with hardly a wait, even being on the 18th floor. We loved having both the hot tub and pool just steps away, and getting to the beach was quick and easy. One of the best parts was the stunning ocean view from the balcony — absolutely perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise and relaxing in the evening listening to the sound of the ocean. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything in the condo worked exactly as it should. Our stay truly did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

So suggest using this condo as your next vaca destination. Even late at night as an EMT/Firefighter they answered and were so accommodating.. so thankful they made my boys 11th birthday so special ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property has been tastefully updated with new kitchen appliances, new flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, and freshly painted in neutral tones. It's an inviting beach home away from home suitable for a long weekend, weekly, or longer stay. Lots of quality care on the part of owners and management is evident. Great place for relaxation with all the lovely amenities that The Brighton at Kingston Plantation has to offer. Looking forward to our next vacation right here! Highly recommended!

Birthday Getaway

The communication with the owner was very good, check in was quick and efficient with no problems. The Condo was very nice and spacious, the only issues I had was the carpet was pretty worn out and probably needs replacing, the beds were a little too firm for me but the overall experience was good. The view from the 18th floor was amazing.

The view from the 18th floor, looking out at the beautiful Atlantic and the amenities at the neighboring Embassy Suites was breath-taking. We plan to return for another relaxing getaway enjoying this airy, updated, warm and comfortable condo with many amenities. Pride of ownership is evident. Fantastic views!

The apartment was big and we were right on the beach but the only problem was one of the showers was broken and water would come from the bottom and not the top but other than that it was a perfect place

Beautiful ocean view

Had a great vacation with my hubby and some friends in Myrtle Beach. This condo is in such a gorgeous gated community. The building was very pretty and clean. Our condo was on the 18 floor such a beautiful view of the ocean. Our condo had very good size bedrooms, and two separate bathrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our small meals. The unit came with a beach wagon, an umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards. That was a nice surprise and was very helpful to go down to the chairs and umbrella that i rented through the life guard on duty for our stay. We would definitely go back Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful unit

Nice condo just read listing better than I did

Never stayed in this area at all so all completely new to me. The condo was nice. There was a missing blind in living room where sun was very bright in the morning and loud AC unit but overall nice condo and serves purpose while on vacation that you intend to be outdoors most of the time. Master is very large but the shower in master is tiny. Very clean. We did rent with intention of using the water park to find out it’s not included which is in listing but I didn’t see it initially so just make sure you read well if that’s also your intention. There was some concerns while there and after but host is very quick to answer and assist with any issues or concerns.

Bait and switch

We were met with the smell of mold and then rotting fish in the sink. A good cleaning by my friends and I helped, but the carpet is so moldy it needs to be removed. The decor is all from 80’s and not updated. Had to wash blankets before we could lay on them because of smell. Had to put bleach in sink nightly to quell the smell. Bathtub was filthy. We awoke to sounds of construction and smells of newly laid blacktop in the AMs. Definitely not what we expected or paid for. Then after check out, we were blamed for “breaking the toaster” that was working but very slow, breaking blinds that were broken when we got there, and “staining towels” beyond repair…….I’m guessing that was the 2 washcloths used to clean the filthy bathtub before we could use it ourselves. I’m nearly 50 years old and have never paid so much to stay in a poorer kept place and then be treated so poorly in the end. I will never stay in this rental or any other of the same owners again.

Kingston Plantation Brighton 1702 What a fabulous surprise! The condo not only provided much comfort with great amenities but a superb view. Beautiful outdoor furniture grace the deck creating comfort while enjoying ocean front views with a breeze. The kitchen was more than accommodating with a wonderful supply of kitchenware. The full-size washer and dryer were a tremendous bonus!! Linens are new and a good quality . The outdoor amenities are A+ as well. The grounds along with the pool, hot tub, etc. are very well kept. This definitely meets and exceeds all resorts that are five star. Our host, Navin is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Super attentive and quick to respond to questions. I look forward to coming back next year!!

Well stocked

This condo was very nicely decorated; all beds were very comfortable and well stocked. Not only did the kitchen contain every pot and pan, Tupperware, utensils and appliances you could ever need, there was a huge container of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and creamer, and a basket of snacks and waters - which was especially nice for the teenagers after a long drive. We also had 3 beach chairs, boogie boards and skim boards that we used all week. The condo was one of the best that we have stayed at at Myrtle Beach.

Plenty of room with a beautiful view

All new kitchen appliances, large balcony with table and chairs, large comfortable beds in both rooms (king in master, 2 doubles in the other). The ice maker and water from the fridge were wonderful to have after a day in the sun. It was also very nice to have some toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and hand soap in the condo to get started with. The view was wonderful. The elevators were always available and there was plenty of parking in the garage any time we came back to the condo. Our only complaints would be that the carpet needs replaced and the water pressure was terrible. The carpet actually has brown path markings where the traffic is heaviest. The showers could use a fresh caulking as well. That being said, we’d stay there again. The communication and check in were a breeze. The condo is a bit isolated within the plantation but we preferred that over the spring break feel of downtown Myrtle Beach, but we were glad to have rented a car to get around.

Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
