50 Yards From Base of Gondola Lionshead Arcade

Lionshead Arcade is located just 50 yards to base of Eagle Bahn gondola. Right next to Arrabelle and all of the shops and restaurants. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

The condo features a bedroom with a queen and en suite bathroom; second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, (4 twins); and the bathroom access is off the hall. Perfect for a family with children in ski school. New furniture throughout the unit and a wood burning fire place. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook the family dinner. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great Location and accommodations

Group of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. 100 yards from the Lionshead Gondola and a quick walk to a number of great restaurants and bars.

Love the location!

Absolutely fantastic spot right in the heart of Lionshead. Great space for a family of four. So clean and and it had just about everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was oven mitts, and a few lights weren't working or needed light bulbs. The fireplace was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!!!

Yes please!

We’d love to stay here any time. The location was terrific, the unit was a very short walk to the lift and gondola. Lots of space and everything was super clean. The only thing that we wished that we had was a boot dryer for after skiing but that is definitely an extra items that most places don’t have in the unit.

Location location location

You honestly cannot beat the location. Steps from ski school, could not be more convenient in terms of proximity to the mountain. If you forgot something, you’re only a few steps away from your condo. The space is as described, my kids loved the double bunk beds. As others mentioned, be prepared to take your suitcases down a flight of steps and up a flight as well. Having said that, you really can’t beat the location and when you’re going skiing, that’s the most important factor. The hosts are very responsive as well.

Great location and value

Location was great and really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Had nice hot showers after each day of skiing and never had a problem with running out of hot water. Everything was clean and had all the essentials. Only thing I missed was the washer & dryer are not in the unit, but down at the end of the hall. Started to collect quarters but ended up buying a shirt for the flight back home instead. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay, good locale

This was a nice place very well situated in Lionshead. With the balcony door open you get the feel of being “in the town”. No greenery or Mountain View but you are a 1 minute walk from the gondola. Comfortable open kitchen / living room. The big table is nice. This was a good value. Big enough where you don’t feel cramped, but also not huge (esp bedrooms) which encourages you to get out as you should if you’re coming to Vail. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes for cooking in the condo. They have small bars of soap and basic cleaning supplies but don’t forget shampoo!

Rough sleep

We love Vail and the area but not getting sleep was very difficult. We actually left a day early just to find a place to sleep. The property was not that clean especially during a COVID time. The part which made this real tough was no windows and 2 doors that could open but others would have access to entry into the property. This means there was no air moving and it was so hot inside. The management company did bring us 2 fans by night 2 but with was just blowing hot air. Overall probably slept less than 2 hour each night. Area is awesome and if they could figure out the temperate situation for the price this would have been okay. But with temps above average it got hot enough during the day that it warmed up the inside so much it made sleeping conditions miserable.

Simply Outstanding

Perfect condo for our family of five. The location is amazing. Gondola is soooo close. And so is all the goodness of Lionshead. Best set of bunk beds for the kids ever. They loved the set up. Property managers responded quickly whenever we had a question.

Lionshead arcade

We had the best time and we’re thrilled with this property! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect, super convenient. The bunk beds were a huge hit with our kids. We loved the wood burning fireplace. Super clean and nicely updated. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Great location, great managment

If you are looking for epic mountain views and luxurious marble baths, this is not the condo for you. If you want a spot just steps from the gondola and in the center of everything Lionshead has to offer at 1/2 the price of the units 10 yards away., this is your spot. Small but functional unit with everything you need. Comfortable seating in living area and nice mattresses, even on the bunks. Probably the worst thing is the small bathrooms, but that did not present a problem for us (two teens and two seniors). The management company was great, We used Amazon Prime for groceries and the management company had the delivery in our condo when we arrived. I would book this unit again without question.

Great ski condo!

4 adults spent 4 nights in this ski condo in January 2019. We were incredibly happy with the proximity to the gondola (about 50 yards) and the access to everything in Lionshead right out your door step. Everything was clean and as described, check-in and out was very easy, and the parking spot is convenient. We’ll try to stay here again the next t time we are in Vail.

So we booked this apartment on a last minute trip to Vail so we got quite the deal. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of this place. Maybe a 50 yard walk to the gondola, if that. And then it’s maybe the same distance , super short walk from the dedicated parking spot in the garage to the apartment. Great view of Lionshead village from balcony of second floor. Newly remodeled it looks like. Tastefully done to maximize usefulness of the smaller space. Had a brand new crate and barrel leather couch and both bathrooms were totally remodeled which I don’t think was shown on the pictures. 4-6 kids or even adults could sleep in the bunk bed room. Overall we were happy. Definitely pricy but so is all of Vail. Vail realty was helpful answering all questions.
