Come discover Blue Sky Lodge, a 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat just 7 minutes from the Breckenridge gondola on a quiet street. Perfect for families and groups, this home offers easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and year-round adventure. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub, gather in the cozy living area, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. With modern amenities and privacy amongst the trees, this lodge is the perfect escape for relaxation and adventure!
The Space:
PROPERTY FEATURES:

-- Sleeps: 12
-- Lifts: An 7 minute drive to the gondola parking lot. There is no bus/shuttle access from this property.
-- Town: A 7 minute (1.5mi) drive to town and Main Street
-- Views: Forested views surrounding the house
-- Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub with forest views
-- Outdoor Space: Large outdoor deck off the kitchen with a gas grill, as well as a deck on the side of the house that is available in the Summer.
-- Living Room: Gas fireplace, HD TV above fireplace
-- Dining: Seating for 6 at the table and another 5 at the island
-- Laundry: Private in-home washer/dryer
-- Parking: Oversized 2 car garage, plus outdoor parking (Regulations limit us to 5 vehicles on the property)
-- Standard Amenities: High speed Internet,Cable, linens provided
-- No Pets/No Smoking
-- Must be 21 Years of Age
-- Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
GETTING AROUND:
This home is located in the Breckenridge Heights neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free parking lot on airport road or the paid lot right next to the Gondola.
PARKING: We are allowed to have up to 5 vehicles parked at the house. Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
What to be aware of:
- AWD/4WD may be required in Winter conditions, and is required by law on I-70 during a storm.
- There are exterior cameras that monitor driveway conditions during heavy Winter snowfall, as well as animal activity (bears, moose, etc.) for the benefit & safety of our guests. The cameras are on the front of the house and incapable of viewing/recording guests in private spaces.
