Beautiful private villa 7km from Rovinj , 1km from the sea ( cisterna bay).
Fanced 2000m2 garden, outside kitchen, pool 3x8m, gas and wood bbq, 4 adult bikes in the price!
Very quiet location especially in spring and winter.
Casa Kalandra is located 30km from Pula and Airport of Pula, 37km from Porec, 60km from Trieste; Italy.
Ideal location for a relaxing vacation in the nature.The pool its avalable from may to middle of october.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Ferienhaus in abgeschiedener Lage. Gut ausgestattet und für vier Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Einfacher Kontakt, gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Wir waren im Oktober leider außerhalb der Badesaison und konnten den schönen Pool nicht mehr nutzen.

Entspannung auf einem großzügigen Grundstück inmitten von Olivenhainen

Wir waren (zu zweit) für 10 Tage in Casa Kalandra, Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Casa Kalandra ist ein funktional eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einer Outdoorküche. Hier kann man mit Gas oder konventionell über Kohle/Holz grillen. Im Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden was benötigt wird! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es faktisch keine Nachbarn. Alle zwei Tage wird früh morgens unaufdringlich der Pool gereinigt. Die Anfahrt über eine ca. 1,5 km lange „Schotterpiste“ ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Drama. Der nächste Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreicht, im weiteren Umfeld sind allerdings deutlich einsamere Strände zu finden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Casa Kalandra! Dieses Ferienhaus ist empfehlenswert.

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Wir waren für 1Woche in Casa Kalandra, Vermieter sehr nett und Hilfsbereit! Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Im Haus ist alles was man so benötigt vorhanden. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, somit ist es auch sehr ruhig. Der Strand Celina Beach ist in ca.10 min auf einer Schotterstraße erreichbar. Es ist auch eine kleine Konoba in unmittelbarer nähe, Diese ist auch zu Fuß in ca. 10 -12 min zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Casa Kalandra verbracht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist empfehlenswert.
