Family holiday

The Villa is in a beautiful and peaceful location and is an easy drive to the beach and restaurants in the town and port area. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and outside areas were well kept and had amazing views. Hazel replied to any questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Luxury villa holiday in a stunning location

The location of this villa is simply stunning. The fixtures and fittings are first class and the accommodation spacious. The gardens are large and beautifully kept and the pool is in the perfect location with sun all day long. Only 10 minutes from Javea and 15 from the sea, the location high on Montgo is peaceful and secluded. Well worth the money we will be booking our visit for next year the whole family had a great holiday.

Diese Villa ist hervorragend eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt, man hat den Eindruck, es sei ein "gelebtes" Haus und nicht eine anonyme Unterkunft für Feriengäste. Viele Dinge wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Mülltüten, Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier waren schon vorhanden. Eine Flasche Wein stand als Gastgeschenk auf dem Tisch als wir ankamen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Im Wohnzimmer sind breite tiefe Glastüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr hübsch gefliest. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass wir nach 1 Woche frische Laken und Handtücher hatten. Ganz toll ist der außergewöhnlich große Pool, bei dem der Boden sanft abfallend ist. Das Grundstück geht fließend in den Naturpark Montgò über, die Vegetation ist üppig und wundervoll. Da es das letzte Haus in der Straße ist, ist man etwas abgeschieden, hat dadurch aber absolute Privacy. Einen Punkt Abzug, da ich einen halben leider nicht abziehen kann: Genau aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit hätten wir es begrüßt, wenn das Anwesen bei Dunkelheit erhellt gewesen wäre. Der Strahler bei der Einfahrt war schon bei unserer Ankunft kaputt und es war nicht möglich, ihn wieder reparieren zu lassen. Auf den Pfeilern auch kein Licht. Das Tor, welches zum Anwesen gehört, hatte keinen Sicherheits Verschluss, jeder konnte es mechanisch öffnen und nach Belieben aufs Grundstück gehen. Obwohl uns gesagt wurde, es wäre noch nie etwas passiert, hat es bei uns ein bisschen ein mulmiges Gefühl hinterlassen.

Really loved the villa, its terraces, swimming pool and homely feel. Perfect for our family!

We really enjoyed the villa and found it very relaxing place. More than anything it had a really nice homely feel to it, which we respected and appreciated. The terraces were a joy to sit at and the swimming pool a real delight. We really felt like we got maximum enjoyment from the place, with our children very content both in and out of the pool. I think in the whole week the television only went on once! The setting of the villa is lovely with stunning views. It was a great base from which to explore the local towns, and beaches and coves. The owners were very friendly and we were well looked after in checking in and out. Overall, our stay provided a real flavour of Spain and we would definitely recommend both the area and the villa to friends and family.

Vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas

La verdad es que Jávea y su entorno nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Hemos disfrutado de unas magníficas vacaciones en familia. La casa estaba limpia y muy bien equipada, todo funcionaba perfectamente. Nos informarón bien para llegar sin problemas, además alguien estaba para recibirnos y explicarnos cómo funcionaba todo

Peacefull retreat and everything you want for a good holiday. My suggestions are an illuminated keypad if arriving in the dark, a clue where the safe is,the literature stated satelite TV but only one channel available

Many thanks for your review, I am happy you enjoyed your stay. We have in fact now re-organised the TV channels and have a wide range to choose from in different languages. Sorry about the lack of information on the safe, it is something I will put into the house information, normally the person who hands over the keys will inform the guests where it is.
