A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

This is a genuine London home in an older Georgian building rather than a purpose-built modern development. Its historic character is part of its appeal, but it also means guests should expect some characteristics of an authentic residential property.

• Shared building: The apartment is located within a building containing other apartments. Entrance and hallway areas may be shared with other residents or guests.
• Neighbouring apartments: The apartments are adjacent to one another, so occasional everyday sounds from neighbouring homes may be heard.
• Older building: Traditional architectural features and an older building structure mean some aspects may feel different from a newly built apartment.
• Residential environment: Normal household activity and sounds from neighbouring apartments may occasionally be noticeable.
• Narrow staircase: Access involves a narrow staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or very large or heavy luggage.
• Central London location: Traffic, pedestrians and general neighbourhood activity may create some city noise, particularly at busier times.
• No air conditioning: There is no air conditioning in the apartment. Fans are provided during warmer weather.
• Group-friendly building: Other apartments within the building may also accommodate families and groups, so there may naturally be increased activity at certain times.
• No private parking: The property does not have a dedicated parking space. If travelling by car, nearby parking is subject to local availability and restrictions. JustPark can be used to find and pay for suitable parking in the area.
