Straight forward listing. It’s like renting your Nonna’s flat. Everything worked. Shower has good pressure and the water is hot. Beds are comfy. Very spacious. We’d rent the place again Wonderful Italy should increase their help line to 24/7 regarding emergencies. We were without water for about 9 hours. There should be an emergency contact # It was all resolved satisfactorily, but could have been quicker
