Apartment was beautiful, perfectly stocked and close to everything. The owner was amazing at communicating everything we needed to know and went above and beyond helping us with a minor medical emergency. We would stay here again without question.

We rented the apartment for 4 people, 2 of which had to cancel due to unforeseen health reasons. The person who booked the apartment (myself) was in constant contact with the host informing her that 2 people still needed the reservation and she quickly obliged. She was given the appropriate information by myself so that she would be able to communicate with her 2 guests and assist them in their dealings with the rental. Communication skills and quick responses were on point and clear. I texted our travelling companions regularly and was shown the apartment visually by phone and I can attest that what you see is what you get. My friends even had a medical hiccup and the host was quick to help and got them the medication they needed. I was saddened by the fact that I had to unfortunately cancel this reservation but you can rest assured, that if we ever wish to visit again, I would certainly book the same apartment.

Even though we unfortunately never had the chance to meet in person, I really appreciated your kindness, trust, and the way we were always able to stay in touch. I’m very sorry that you had to cancel your trip, but I sincerely hope that one day you will have the opportunity to visit again. It would be a real pleasure to finally meet you in person!
