A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is to the right of the living room. In front of the main living area, a smaller living space houses an elegant piano and fireplace, overlooking the gardens outdoors.

The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature ensuite bathrooms. A service bathroom is under the staircase that leads to the villa\'s second floor. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. These spacious rooms are air-conditioned and feature an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms open up to a balcony with beautiful views.

There is a second kitchen and a living-dining area on the second floor. This space is complete with a sunny terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining.

From the villa’s location, the historic centre is just a 5-minute walk and is renowned for its magnificent churches, Baroque architecture, and palaces. At a 3-minute drive, guests can explore attractions like the Basilica of Saint Catherine of Alexandria, with Gothic and Apulian Romanesque architecture, the Church of the Saints Peter and Paul, built in 1633 and dedicated to the life of St. Peter, and the Museum of Galatina. Also, palaces like Palazzo Baldi, Palazzo del Sedile, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo Orsini, and Palazzo Tafuri-Mongiò are nearby, located on the streets of the historic centre, and are worth visiting.

A must-visit is the Ascalone pastry shop (a 6-minute drive), which has served the authentic mouth-watering Pasticciotto Ascalone since 1740, distinguished by its shortcrust pastry, sweet custard, and uniquely fragrant, slightly \'burnt\' dome—a true original.

Guests can also visit neighbouring towns such as Galatone (a 13-minute drive), Nardo (a 15-minute drive), and Gallipoli (a 22-minute drive) conveniently either via car or public transport; the train and bus stations are a 5–10 minute drive from the apartment.
