Visit our gorgeous home! The house has three master bedrooms with California King beds: two on the main floor and one upstairs. The remaining bedroom has a California King bed and two full beds, which share the hallway bathroom. All the bathrooms have upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops. The home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
The main living room is spacious and open-concept. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table and additional seating at the kitchen island. The main living room is equipped with a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and high-speed wireless internet.
A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen. There is a second living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in the home is Pottery Barn or equivalent quality.
Outside, guests can relax in the sparkling jacuzzi, which comfortably seats 15. There is also outdoor seating and a natural gas BBQ grill for enjoying the outdoors.
This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind
Per the city code, there is no outside noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
