This stunning two-story home features a pool and accommodates three families.

The house includes three master suites and two children's bedrooms with full over full bunk beds. On the main floor, there's a cal-king master bedroom with an ensuite, another cal-king master bedroom, and a children's bunk bedroom. The cal-king master and the bunk bedroom share the main floor hallway bathroom. There's another master bedroom with direct access to the upstairs hallway bathroom and a children's room in the loft area. The loft area also includes a full bed and sectional sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43' LCD TV, and the bedding is of high quality from Pottery Barn or equivalent quality.

The home has three bathrooms, with two located downstairs and one upstairs. All bathrooms feature upgraded granite countertops, travertine floors, and custom tile inlays in the showers. The downstairs hallway bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

The spacious kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom white paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Two dining room tables, each seating six people, and additional seating at the kitchen countertop. The main living room features a large sectional with a queen sleeper and high-speed wireless internet.

The garage, located off the living room, houses the game room, including ping pong, pool, and air hockey. Strollers, pack 'n plays, a high chair, and booster seats for infants and toddlers are also available. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The bedrooms feature upgraded carpet, while laminate hardwood floors run throughout the common areas.

​​​​​​​The backyard includes a beautiful in-ground pool and Jacuzzi, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio, and extra chairs. The property is conveniently located 2.3 miles from Disney and the Disney tram. It also features central air and heat.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.

A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details.
