Privacy and secluded and quiet. 2 blocks from a great park, walk out to running trails, bike trails and New Mexico scenery. Balloon Fiesta Park is 3 miles away. Santa Fe is 45 Minutes away door to downtown. Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course is walking distance, with bike and running trails all around the course / park, Tennis courts are also located in the park and is a wonderful way to spend a day. :)
