Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Walk to a family park. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Totally remodeled for comfort and style with today's travelers in mind. Fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, functional workspace and outside cooking and eating for those nice evenings that Albuquerque is known for. Balloon Fiesta park is just minutes away. This home features an open floor plan

Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS

Overall, a great location for a family with kids. Close to parks, food and centrally located for visiting Albuquerque and a short hop to Santa Fe. The bathrooms could use some love for maintenance and ease of getting water to the correct temperature.

Comfortable and Cozy in ABQ

We found this property to be very clean, comfortable and cozy. It also happened to be a great location to access different areas of ABQ within a relatively short distance. If in ABQ in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Value in Albuquerque

Great location, many very good restaurants closeby, near casinos and golf courses. Quick access to I25 and 40 for day trips. House was well stocked with supplies need for our 7 day stay. Very comfortable beds, tv channels, dining and living areas. We VRBO often with freinds, one of our favorites. Thank you!!

Annual Holiday break

Great house, location, neighborhood, views all fantastic. Places in home to be a big group together or had places to go off in smaller group or by yourself for some”me” time. Everything there that you need. - nice to have grill in back yard. Dogs enjoyed it there also. Hope to be able to book there next year!
