This was the perfect place for our 3 adult couples this weekend! It was beautiful, extremely spacious and the host was wonderful. The front courtyard and the backyard water feature were very relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big breakfast. It was a great location for shopping and to grocery stores and we loved the little park just a few doors down! We would definitely stay at the house again! It was very affordable for everything received with this house.

This was a delightful getaway with plenty of space to relax and hang out with the family. So many cozy spots both inside and out to sit for a cup of coffee, glass of wine or game of cards.

Well equipped kitchen and beautiful yard!! Enjoyed the piano and just relaxing. The pricacy of the courtyard was a plus! Nice neighborhood. Lovely to have a washer and dryer to use! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 6 nights with our 2 adult sons and daughter in law. Weather was 100 F several days and A/C did not work and swamp cooler did not keep up as it was humid as well as hot. Lots of fans helped some. Frustrating to find proper hot water temp in master suite's shower. Main entry blue door needs work: difficult to open especially after heavy rains caused the wood to swell. Flagstones are dangerously uneven in front: a trip hazard.Good location, and nice trees and grounds. Good interior layout with lots of space. Clean, but a bit dated. Stove needs new / correct knobs (not cosmetics, it's a burner control issue).We enjoyed our stay. A few tweaks and it could be better. Good communications with host. We appreciated the host's consideration in letting us check out an hour later than normal to meet airline departure schedule conflicts.

This place is a hidden gem. Great location but once you’re inside the courtyards are so nice you won’t want to leave. The host’s answered quickly when we needed to ask a question. Definitely a place we will stay again when we visit.

Wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Home has plenty of space and personality to match the New Mexico vibe. Nice outdoor area … very relaxing. We cooked dinner and found all of the supplies we needed. (One of the bedrooms gets quite hot, but it was fixable by covering the vent.)

I cherish this home! I've spent my time here gardening, cooking, teaching private yoga sessions, creating calm and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. My husband fills our home with beautiful music on the piano. We are big lovers of jazz and all good music. Sarah, our daughter, a freshman at UNM helps us co-host. She is minutes away if needed. Our neighbors are the best! I am grateful we can share this space that we have loved so much! I'll do my best to provide you with an experience that I would desire. If you need any recommendations like restaurants, bars/breweries, bike trails, running spots, golf courses, local music, supermarkets or gyms/yoga, I can definitely help out. I am having great time hosting our home!
