Nice private location in Lagoa. Property owners were very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again!

Der Innenbereich des Ferienhauses war sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Daher auch eine gute Gesamtbewertung.Lediglich das Inventar der Küche ließ (viele) Wünsche offen. Einiges wurde uns, nachdem wir es moniert hatten, nachgeliefert. Trotzdem: das Geschirr ein Sammelsurium, zu wenig Gläser, minderwertiges Besteck (...), in einem Ferienhaus dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr.Der Außenbereich war sehr ungepflegt, Dreck und Unkraut überall. Vom Personal wurde eine streunende Katze gefüttert, die dann auf allen Gartenmöbeln (auch sehr einfach) liegt und jede Gelegenheit nutzt durch Fenster oder Türen ins Haus zu kommen. Beim Hinaustreten auf die Terrasse sieht man links offenes Katzenfutter und rechts eine Rattenfalle (!!!!). Vielleicht sind wir empfindlich, aber ich finde das geht gar nicht.Die Kommunikation funktionierte unkompliziert über eine WhatsApp-Gruppe. Bezüglich der Katze konnte man uns allerdings nur raten Türen und Fenster geschlossen zu halten.Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir hoffen, dass die Kritik als Möglichkeit zur Verbesserung verstanden wird.
