: The apartment is very big and fully equipped. The location was amazing in the true center of Chueca. Two bathrooms were very useful. The staff wasn't very helpful, the apartment was equipped with unexpected equipment (self heating ironing boards, ham stand, tomato mill) but NO HAIRDRYER! the staff refused to deliver one stating that it was not included in the apartment description. Some minor details could be fixed (the shower was leaking water).
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Oct, 2026
Hi Fabrizio, Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad you enjoyed the spaciousness and location of the apartment in Chueca, as well as the convenience of having two bathrooms. Your feedback about the unexpected equipment made me smile! I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the hairdryer and any issues with our staff's response. I've noted your comments, and the shower leak is already being addressed. I appreciate your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future. Sauna house in Madrid for summer.

The location was great, the house is very clean. But not AC in summer in Madrid is the worth, the owner should have at least a portable AC for the summer time. Also the internet never worked which caused me at lot of problem with my remote business. 2 bad experience with Verbo in one trip. In London they cancelled at the last minute.
