The houses in the historic center are all made of pink stone (the famous stone of Mount Subasio), built in different eras.

"All'Ombra di San Francesco" is a two-room apartment from the 1300s, 60 square meters located in the lower part of Assisi, in excellent condition, cared for in the typical details of the buildings in the historic center: wooden ceiling beams, walls and arches in ancient stone, wooden parquet, fireplace.

The entrance is from Vicolo Venanzi, through an ancient solid wood door after climbing a short external staircase between two buildings.

The living room is furnished with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed with topper and a TV, if you want to spend an evening dedicated to entertainment.

The kitchenette is accessed by passing under a low and typical stone arch. It is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, ceramic plate service, stainless steel cutlery, various utensils, refrigerator.

The bathroom with toilet, sink, shower corner on the floor and hairdryer. It will have space to store your beauty case.

The bedroom is really large and independent from the living room, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of your family or friends. You will find a double bed with topper, wardrobe and drawer to store your personal effects and will have 220V sockets to charge your devices as well as a small sofa and bookcase for pleasant moments of relaxation.
