Prime location between Denver and Boulder with easy access to I-25, Hwy 36 and E-470. Mountain views! This is a beautifully appointed townhome situated in one of the only walk-able communities in the area. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Yoga/fitness, many restaurants and shops. This spacious townhome can accommodate up to 8 guests with plenty of space and privacy. END UNIT has a perfectly equipped kitchen with large center island and plenty of room for dinning. There are two separate balcony patios to enjoy the view of the Colorado mountains and gorgeous sunsets. Street parking is easily accessible and available. This unit is located on the second and third floor of the building, you will need to navigate the stairs for entry. Once up the first flight of stairs you will find a bedroom and a bathroom along with the kitchen, dinning, family room and balcony and in house laundry. Up one more flight of stairs you find the Master suite, a loft and another balcony with STUNNING VIEWS!!! Light and Bright!

Great Place!
We love this spot. Tons of room for the family to spread out. Great view of the mountains. Kitchen was well stock with everything we needs to cook breakfast and dinner. The only issue is the water pressure. Showers don’t put out much pressure and the toilets barely flush. Besides that I would highly recommend this property.

Great open floor plan with all the amenities we needed. We traveled all over Colorado from this location. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with Host was quick and easy. An extra plus was all the food options in walking distance! Overall great stay and would stay again.

Amazing townhouse in a fantastic location
Really nice, modern townhouse with a fantastic host who communicates super clearly and quickly. The townhouse itself is in a great location, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. And the views from the top balcony of the mountains - wow!

Fantastic Property in Westminster/Broomfield
The property is very comfortable, immaculate, spacious, bright, cheery, and decorated nicely. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is centrally located with great restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The property manager, Holly Couture, is so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again. Thank you Holly!

The extra tall ceiling height and modern finishes throughout this home truly capture a high end experience with unbeatable views! This property has a very open loft feel and has plenty of space for entertaining and sprawling out! We are located in a very desirable area and our guests have access to the pool and tennis courts during the summer months. The Mountain Views are beautiful and it is very easy to get to both Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Estes Park, and sight see our beautiful state!
