WELCOME to my Courtyard Villa! Private outdoor space with IMMACULATE open living area and 3 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus lanai. Recreation centers and swimming pools within minutes, plus two Country Clubs, a practice driving range and shopping all around the corner. In addition, your own neighborhood pool is across the street. Fun and relaxation are awaiting. Centrally located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square, plus so close to the new Edna's on the Green you will never want to miss music under the oaks or an afternoon hike.

The Villa comes with a 2-seater golf car and access to all Village Amenities. Those amenities include access to 42 golf courses, more than 60 swimming pools and in excess of 3,000 activities and clubs. Also included with the villa is a 65" Samsung Smart TV and high speed internet for all your streaming needs. Beside being stocked with kitchen equipment, Keurig and coffeemaker, it is also fully equipped with hair dryer, curling iron, washer and dryer, beach towels and most household consumables to start your vacation just to name a few.

MINIMUM 5 DAY RENTAL

OPTIONAL WEEKLY RENTAL: current month (or close to) discounted when not yet rented....ask about other options (EXCLUDING JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH).

Cancellation Policy: VRBO cancellation policy...no additional cancellation fee applies. Travelers' insurance is encouraged. Last minute openings are always negotiable.

Amazing Family Thanksgiving & 80th birthday celebration!

Perfect location with the kindest wonderful neighbors. Beautiful grounds, landscaped streets and interior design made it an perfect place for our extended family to stay while we celebrated my parents 80th birthdays! We will be back!

Lovely, comfortable home

The home is as pictured --beautiful and comfortable. It is stocked with everything you might need, especially the kitchen, so it is very easy to settle in quickly. The location is great with easy access to amenities (e.g., the pool), stores (grocery, etc), and situated relatively close to the 3 main squares of the Villages. It is also in a neighborhood that is easy to walk around. We were visiting family and had a great trip.

Beautiful home away from home

This home is stunning and stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. It is set up for relaxation and Sandy has put a lot of thought into the comfort of her guests. It is right around the corner from the pool and conveniently located near grocery stores and entertainment locations. Sandy was great with her communication for checking in to the property and checking in throughout our stay.

Safe Haven During Hurricane Ian

This property was clean and well stocked with everything you need from towels, plates, glasses, and cookware. Includes golf cart. Communication by owner and property manager was very good. Our stay was interrupted by a hurricane that went 50 miles south to Orlando. Bummer was golf and rec centers shut down in the Villages for 3 days. We felt safe in this sturdy block villa. Life happens!

Fantastic host

The house was even better than expected! And she really thought of everything we could have possibly needed. My parents told me that many of the rental homes don’t even have plates and utensils, whereas we had everything you’d need to live there for months. A lovely home and great location near Colony Plaza and between two of the downtowns. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return there ourselves next summer. Thanks!

Great Villa in the Villages

Sandy's home was a wonderful place to stay while we spent time visiting Grampa this summer. Very clean and updated, spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. While we didn't participate in any of the Villages amenities, for those who are interested, activities seems close and plentiful. Convenient location to activities, shopping and major roadways. Sandy and her property manager very communicative and nice to work with!

Perfect rental in The villages

Sandys place was absolutely perfect for our month long stay. Her place is lovely and loved her attention to detail. It is in a great location to pools and country clubs and not far to Brownwood and Lake Sumter. We can not wait to return and so happy we find this home away from home.
