En planta baja hay 3 habitaciones 2 dobles con vistas al mar y una con litera, un baño grande y un distribuidor.
En la planta superior de un lado una cocina abierta con comedor anexo y del otro lado hay salon grande. Un pequeño aseo separa los dos espacios en forma de C.
A 200m metros tanto de la playa como de la plaza de la iglesia.
En una calle tranquila del casco antiguo pero a un paso de sus numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y bares.
El casco antiguo es un laberinto de calles animadas y elegantes por donde el simple paseo es una experiencia.
Altea es un destino turístico muy desestacionalizado y por tanto ideal para el invierno por el buen clima, la oferta de ocio disponible y el ambiente concurrido pero sin agobios.
