Great stay! There were four of us staying in the apartment, though it is probably best suited for three people. The place is quiet, fully equipped with everything you need, and has an excellent Wi-Fi connection. It's within walking distance of the metro and bus stops, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. Communication with the host, Andres, was also excellent.

It was a truly a blessing and a privilege to be able to stay in Andres’ VRBO apartment in Madrid. The apartment was exactly as represented. It was small, but had an efficient floor plan that was very functional. It was clean and well stocked, and had everything one would need, whether they dined out or cooked their own meals. Even better, the apartment is strategically located in the Salamanca Goya neighborhood of Madrid, providing easy access to all of Madrid’s community and cultural treasures. Andres was a most gracious host, and communicated with me in advance of my visit to make sure I had everything I needed to seamlessly travel to his apartment and check in, and he insisted on meeting me onsite to provide a detailed orientation. I have rated Andres, as my host, and his apartment, as 5’s in my VRBO review, and am sincere in those ratings. That being said, I note two things I have experienced as an American traveling in France and Spain over the last month. First, these apartments are small by American standards. But they have efficient floor plans, so size doesn’t matter. Second, the bathrooms, and in particular, the shower stalls, are very small. So, Americano’s! Don’t be put off by this. Space is precious, and so a small shower stall is the norm.

Good place

The place is cozy and great for a short stay in Madrid, the location is centralized and easy to access, and the area is safe to walk around. While the bed can be improved, the space is great for a short stay. The host was helpful and always responsive, and the kitchen was equipped.

The apartment had everything we could ask for including a washing machine. The internet connection was excellent. the apartment is located in an apartment house and is very quiet. There is shopping and lots of restaurants nearby.

Excelente Estadìa!

Andrès el host y su esposa han sido muy amables y disponibiles y atentos en todo momento. Desde el check in hasta el check out. Buen estado del apartamento con en ubicaciòn central muy buena y bien conectado con Metro y Bus, y a 2mins a pie del WizinkCenter. Excelente estado de limpieza y bien accesoriado. Lo recompiendo 100%!
