We propose a two-room apartment on the ground floor of a house by the sea. Located in the seaside tourist town of San Teodoro, it is easily connected with the famous La Cinta beach directly along the short paved road. Vab Apart is a practical retreat in the heart of the town, ideal starting point for exploring the island of Sardinia.

The apartment comes with air conditioning and furnished in a basic and essential need for a stay. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and terrace, while the spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, also includes a kitchenette with gas stove and full equipment, oven, freezer, dishwasher, covered veranda. Nicely positioned flat between the beach and the town centre. The air conditioner in every room, washing machine, gas cooker and everything you need in the flat. Would be happy to recommend for staying in San Teodoro.

Check in hat super funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Wohnung. Waren schon öfter in San teodoro und diese Wohnung war die bisher beste . Betten waren gut . Nicht durchgelegen . Küche soweit komplett . Klimaanlage war in Ordnung . Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter tadellos . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.Würden wir wieder nehmen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento carino e funzionale. C'è tutto l'essenziale per vivere serenamente la vacanza. Ci siamo goduti tantissimo il portico per colazioni, pranzi e cene in esterno. Unica pecca (se proprio vogliamo trovarla) è il giardino con l'erba piuttosto secca. Lo consiglio anche per la posizione abbastanza strategica per la spiaggia e per il centro di San Teodoro.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Check-In und Check-Out war unkompliziert. Wir konnten am Anreisetag schon um 9 Uhr vormittags die Wohnung beziehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand La Cinta und auch im Ort war man innerhalb einiger Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Soggiorno piacevole

La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica perche si trova a metà tra il centro pedonale e la spiaggia de La Cinta. Il parcheggio per l’auto si trova senza problemi di fronte alla struttura. La casa è dotata di tutto. Uniche due pecche grandi: la televisione è praticamente invedibile in quanto non prende quasi nessun canale e non c’è il Wi-fi (e la rete si prende con difficoltà in generale in Sardegna quindi sarebbe ottimo averla almeno in casa). La zona è abbastanza silenziosa quindi ottima per chi vuole riposare bene. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Plusieurs choses à dire sur ce logement :

Points positifs : ⁃ conforme à la description + 2 transats dans le jardin où l’on a le soleil tous les matins ⁃ Le trajet à pied jusque la Cinta est très agréable (à 10min) Points négatifs : ⁃ Pas de wifi ⁃ Pas de micro-onde, de bouilloire ou de grille pain. ⁃ Personne pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée, nous avons attendu plus d’1h sous le plein soleil devant le logement attendant la propriétaire qui n'a pas jugé utile de nous informer de son retard et surtout qui ne répondait ni aux messages ni aux appels. Celle ci à répondu uniquement quand nous avons contacté Abritel. ⁃ Deuxième déconvenue, le lave vaisselle ainsi que la climatisation ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de contact de la proprio malgré l'envoi de 3 messages à la proprio (qu'elle avait lus). A fait intervenir un technicien uniquement après notre appel encore une fois à la plate-forme Abritel. En juin la chaleur n’était pas insupportable mais en plein mois d’août je n’imagine même pas… Conclusion : très mauvaise communication avec une propriétaire qui, visiblement, manque de considération envers ses locataires. Dommage car sans ces problèmes c’est une très belle location, très bien située. À distance de marche du centre ville qui est très joli, et de la magnifique plage La Cinta qui est définitivement notre plage préférée à San Teodoro. Beaucoup de commodités proches du logement, commerces, restaurants, bars, et pour autant, dans un endroit calme et paisible.

Ottimo bilocale con giardino

L'appartamento è perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia: una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le stanze dotate di aria condizionata. Nel soggiorno-cucina è possibile mangiare con il divano letto aperto, oppure è pratica la terrazza coperta dove batte il sole solo la mattina. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung bei der eigentlich alles perfekt ist, allerdings könnte die Ausstattung in der Küche etwas besser sein und die Bettmatratze sollte dringend erneuert werden, deshalb gibt’s einen Stern Abzug.

Great apartment!

Easy access to La Cinta and the center of town is just a few minutes walk away. AC was great since it was hot. Its got everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. Nice big fridge. Separate bedroom from front room. Very clean! I enjoyed my visit very much.

Consigliatissimo

Appartamento spazioso situato in posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere sia il centro di San Teodoro che la spiaggia principale della Cinta a piedi. Arredamento semplice ma moderno. Pulizia molto accurata. Sono stati forniti sia le lenzuola per i letti che un gran numero di asciugamani per il bagno. Spazio verde sia sul fronte che sul retro della casa. Possibilità di mangiare all'esterno sotto un pergolato coperto. Non c'è il parcheggio privato, ma c'è un ampio spiazzo di fronte alla casa e si trova sempre posto. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario Alessandro che in più di un'occasione ci ha assistito durante il nostro soggiorno con la massima professionalità e gentilezza.

Die Wohnung ist das Geld nicht Wert

Falsche Adresse in der Anzeige Keine Fenster nur zwei große Schiebetüren. Türe zur Abendsonne kaum zu öffnen. Küche abgewirtschaftet, Matratze im Doppelbett schlecht. Badezimmer ist gut. Den Ort werden wir wieder besuchen, super Strände und Wanderwege, nette Lokale usw.

Gute Wohnung in Strandnähe, etwas laut

Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen, zweckmäßig ausgestatteter Küche (Gasherd). Sauber und unkomplizierter Check In. Leider fiel der Strom an einem Tag aus, weil die Betreibung von Boiler und Klimaanlage zu viel war, die Info wäre natürlich vorher hilfreich gewesen, es wurde dann aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, dh die Nachbarn oben hat man gehört, die Wohnung nebenan war nicht belegt. Auch liegt sie an der Straße, die aber nicht zu viel befahren wurde. Mülltrennung unbedingt beachten und ggf. erklären lassen. 500m bis zum Strand. Supermarkt und Busbahnhof in der Nähe. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!
