Agréable séjour

Très bien situé, au calme. Les maisons sont situées dans un petit complexe avec parking privé et clôturé. La piscine est très très bien entretenue et assez grande pour y nager. Terrasse bien exposée, à l'ombre à midi et ensuite. Quelques remarques qui ne doivent pas être rédhibitoires : 1 seule climatisation dans le couloir pour tout l'appartement. Grand lit matrimonial avec matelas à ressorts. 2 petites cafetières à l'italienne uniquement Récipients de cuisine ( poêles, plats pour le four...) à changer et à rajouter. Malheureusement les locataires précédents n'étaient pas d'une propreté absolue concernant la vaisselle et le lave vaisselle... Le propriétaire est réactif, via Whatsapp. Il a fallu attendre Madame Franca pour la remise des clés mais départ autonome. Bon séjour en Sardaigne, merci Patrizio !

La casa è situata in una zona un po' isolata, ma in posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle. Molto bello il contesto e la piscina. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bello.lo spazio all'apero per mangiare e rilassarsi. Propritario super disponibile

Vacanza 🔝

Patrizio e Rosanna ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi.L appartamento si presenta molto pulito e funzionale, nonostante non sia grandissimo il nostro gruppo di 8 persone ci è stato comodamente. È ubicato in un residence con piscina molto bello,in un contesto molto tranquillo ma cmq comodo per raggiungere San Teodoro e Budoni in pochissimi minuti.Sicuramente lo consiglio.

Nette Wohnung in etwas abgelegener Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgezäunten Ferienanlage mit mehreren Wohnungen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Kontakt ist gut. Die Wohnungmit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern sauber.

Location correspondant à la description

L’appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4, il est très bien équipé ( machine à laver, lave vaisselles, lit d’appoint pour bébé, parasol, chaises pour la plage…) les premiers commerce sont à 6-7 km et les premières plages un peu plus loin. Il est dans une propriété sécurisé avec une place de parking réservé, et à 20 mètres de la piscine qui mesure 5/10 (qui est partagé avec la trentaine d’appartements). En moyenne il y a 7- 8 personnes à la piscine. Nous n’avons jamais rencontré le propriétaire mais il est facilement joignable par sms, appel ou what’s app.

L appartement était très bien équipé et très propre dans une résidence sécurisée. Endroit calme. Proche de tout (en voiture). Le propriétaire est joignable à tout moment et de bons conseils.

La résidence est située dans les hauteurs de San Teodoro , la piscine est un vrai plus . L appartement est très correct pour le prix. Nous avons pu très facilement visiter les nord de la Sardaigne , et les très très belles plages situées à proximité de la résidence. Le propriétaire était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Nous avons passé 13 nuits chez M.Patrizio Carnevale que nous remercions. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel. Le cadre est superbe et reposant. La piscine de la résidence est vraiment un plus, surtout dans l'arrière saison car la fréquentation y est quasi inexistante, nous avions donc la piscine pour nous très souvent.

Appartamento comodo e rilassante, integrato in uno dei residence più suggestivi di San Teodoro

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e arredato con uno stile molto elegante, specialmente gli arredi delle due camere da letto sono veramente speciali; il soggiorno e l’ingresso fanno parte dello stesso locale e sono anch’essi ben dotati di tutti i comfort necessari a trascorrere una piacevole vacanza, in particolare segnalo la presenza di una lavastoviglie, un forno (anche se non lo abbiamo mai utilizzato) e un impianto di climatizzazione funzionante a dovere. L’appartamento, attraverso una vetrata a due ante, da sulla veranda e sul girardino privato, in veranda è presente un tavolo che rende molto piacevole pranzo e cena all’aperto. Bagno pulito e completo. Il residence ha una piscina comune, che è molto rilassante ed ottima anche per i bambini. È doveroso inoltre sottolineare la silenziosità e la tranquillità che padroneggiano l’ambiente: fantastico! Le spiagge di San Teodoro sono a dir poco stupende e per raggiungerle è necessaria l’auto, però per fortuna la più vicina dista poco più di 5 minuti. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo; vi saprà sicuramente dare consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare (come ha fatto con noi) oltre che è disponibile ad ascoltare e risolvere ogni eventuale problema. Concludo giudicando questa vacanza fantastica, consigliata a chiunque si voglia regalare una vacanza rilassante. Sicuramente da rifare in futuro.

Aria fresca, pulita e profumata di mirto ! Paesaggi collinare che riportano indietro nel tempo. Il mare sapevamo già che era da favola. La casa ti riporta alle comodità ed ai servizi che hai nella tua stessa casa di sempre. Che dire di più ? Ci torno anche il prossimo anno !!

The apartment is quite simple but it has all you need for a relaxing break just a few minutes drive away from the bustle of San Teodoro and the beaches. It is spotlessly clean and well-equipped, although as UK visitors we did miss a kettle! Be aware if you are bringing your own bed linen that the bed in the main bedroom is big! I had taken double sheets, but it is at least UK king size and very comfortable. There is a small garden space which is very private, but unfortunately that means you can't see the views. However the pool is just a few steps away and provided the perfect place to relax and appreciate the surrounding mountains. The pool is clean and would be very good for young children as it doesn't get too deep. There are only a few sunloungers or chairs around the pool but there are some beach chairs in the apartment which we took over to the pool if necessary. Fortunately for us June is still classed as "low season" so the complex wasn't busy and we very often had the pool to ourselves. There is an agriturismo about 5 minutes walk away, but you need to drive to reach other restaurants. We found excellent ones in San Teodoro and Ottiolu Port. In summary, this apartment provides excellent value for a wonderful relaxing break in northern Sardinia.

Posizione tranquilla, ideale per una famiglia in cerca di pace e relax . In 5 minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiagge di San Teodoro o di Budoni. Locazione ideale per escursioni nel golfo di Orosei o della Maddalena.

Proprietari cordiali e gentili, casa dotata di tutti i confort per rendere la vacanza perfetta

Paesaggi incantevoli, baie e calette suggestive e uniche. Il tutto facilmente raggiungibile ed in pochissimo tempo. A casa l'appartamento è sempre fresco è spira sempre un'aria fresca. L'appartamento arredato molto bene rende la vacanza super gradevole.
