This private desert hacienda is the perfect place to relax and let go. It is walking distance to the Coachella Music Festival. The hacienda features a Zen like court yard. There are 4 beautiful bedroom and 2 bathrooms. To accommodate all of our guest at Solano Hacienda. This is the perfect property to entertain and relax while traveling. It includes 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a futon bed, and 3 roll-a-way beds. This will accommodate 12 guests.
Solano Hacienda is a fun and playful space. Its decor is partly modern Spanish with a flare of antique collectibles. The art display is funky with some artsy figures brought back from Spain, Amsterdam, Berlin and Paris, France. The idea for this space was to create a fun and relaxing environment where guest can let go and enjoy. This home is located 1 mile from the Empire and El Dorado polo Grounds, a short drive to the La Quinta Arts Festival and the historic Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells, Tennis Garden and the famous Shield's Date Garden (famous for their delicious date shakes), Fantasy Springs Casino, Spotlight 29 and the Riverside County Date Festival. It is also about 20 minutes to Palm Desert's, El Paseo shopping. The hacienda offers high speed WiFi and smart TVs thorough out the hacienda. Solano Hacienda is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with fresh clean linens, towels, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guest have access to everything in the home. For Coachella fest it’s a 3 night minimum stay . Space is not child proof. There are cameras on the perimeter of house. Salt water pool ,No fence around the pool. Pool will be heated for a extra fee of $150 a day .There is a $50 PET FEE PER PET, thank you.
