Picture yourself relaxing at the beach while enjoying this luxurious and spacious single family home, just 300 feet to Carlsbad Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Enjoy breakfast on the roof garden with ocean views and planning your day: Doing Nothing, Sight Seeing in Southern California, Boogie Boarding, Legoland (two miles), Coaster train to Downtown San Diego (10 minute walk), or Beach Sitting. After your day return home where the views and main living areas are on the second floor. Have a BBQ on the roof garden as you watch the sun set into the ocean. Don’t want to cook? Plan a ten minute walk to the Village to enjoy one of over 50 restaurants for dinner.

From the first floor foyer of this gorgeous home there is a bedroom with a twin bed, Guest Room with a Queen Bed and a full bathroom.

On the second floor enjoy Sunset Views from the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen. The Great Room has a Flat Screen TV, DVD, and Fireplace. The large kitchen has a granite breakfast counter and is fully furnished with everything you need.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Sleep to the sound of the surf. Master Bath has custom 2 person shower.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the home.

The Roof Garden has a gas Barbecue and patio dining area and makes for great indoor/outdoor living for the early morning cup of coffee or watching for the Green Flash at Sunset in the evening. Home has a two car Garage for off street parking.

No cleaning fee. Cleaning service will be supplied once at the end of your rental period at no cost.

Carlsbad Beach is one of the best rated family beaches in the country.

What a wonderful beach house! Our family of four loved staying here. There was plenty of space to relax. We loved being a street back from the main road because it was so quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our time in Carlsbad. It was a great location. It was a quick easy walk to the beach and close to many different restaurants. The set up was perfect. We have 3 kids plus one of my son’s friends that are 11-14. The kids slept downstairs which was fine with us but if we had younger children that set up might not be ideal. We appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided. We will definitely stay again!

Fabulous beach house

This is a fabulous home for a beach vacation and Bob is a lovely host who greeted us and gave us an instructional tour when we arrived. It is 1/2 block from the beach. It has ocean views from the patios and roof top deck. It is spacious, light and airy, clean, comfortable and the probably the most well-equipped vacation home we've visited. Furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has lots of quality dishes and cooking supplies, and even coffee, tea, spices and oils. There are beach towels and extra bath towels and sheets, and a washer and dryer. The luxurious master shower has an array of faucet types. There are plenty of beach supplies, including a wagon. Parking is easy: a two car garage or park in driveway. The house and nearby beach are for people who can do stairs. There are two bedrooms on first floor, master bedroom and living area on second floor. We walked 15 minutes to a few good restaurants.

Our 3rd time at the Beach House and hopefully not our last. Great location close to the Beach and a 10 minute walk to the village. House has everything we need and the view of the sunset from the roof terrace is amazing. Can't wait to be back.

Beautiful property in a great location!

This home has absolutely everything you could need for a beach vacation! Fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, lanterns and anything you might need. This home is also ready for the young ones with stair gate, pack and play, high chair and more! They thought of everything! Property Manager is available whenever you have a question and the property itself was beautiful and clean! We hope to visit again!

Beautiful, comfy and great location !

This is a beautifully decorated beach house so close to the beach. The beds and furniture were so comfortable! Our multigenerational family loved the house layout. The views from the house and rooftop patio are beautiful and relaxing. The beach clean and not crowded and we even saw dolphins jumping out of the water one late afternoon! We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will stay here again!
