Our Home is a quaint cozy cabin all new Flooring, carpet, paint and furnishings, all the Décor is a Cottage/Mountain feeling.
The Large Loft has a Queen size bed with new Carpet
The Bedroom downstairs has Twin Bunk beds with lots of open Closet space
Bathroom is all new fixtures, Vanity and Flooring
We are on a Corner Lot directly off Hyw 18 with Level Entry and Parking for 3 Plus Cars
New Flat Screen Smart TV and DVD player
This home is family friendly and is has a very warm and comfortable environment.

We have lived in Arrowbear for over 30 yrs and are still loving it and are currently in the neigborhood.
We are active in our Community and local Churches and support all the town has to offer. The seasons and small town enviroment is something we love about our Mountain.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect location for getting in and out of the road during the Winter season, perfect level entry and lots of space to park, Apple trees and and small grass area to just take a break.

What makes this property unique

Love to watch the birds , go for a quick walk down the street the forest is beautiful here, also walk across the street to the local market or Taco shop. Great Spot to just take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
