The rooms were spacious and comfortable and enjoyed the scenery around the home. I loved the large yard space available for my dog and will definitely stay again when we come back!

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back anytime summers are beautiful up there
Host uses a third party so it's very impersonal, but the cabin was nice and cozy. The hot tub only got to 100 and cooled down very quickly due to the weather, so an upgrade on the heater is recommended.

From the owner: "I’m so glad you enjoyed your day. Come back anytime."
Even though the walkway to get to the front door was full of snow it was fun walking over it. Place was nice, beds were very comfortable the view on the top room is nice, bright, but nice. There's a place called the red cabin robin springs, really good breakfast. There's also an apothecary with this mango muscle relaxer that's like an organic icy hot. It was nice to get away from the city and my kids lol. People there are very friendly and respectful. I would love to go back with the same amount of snow. Thank you to the owners for letting me stay in ur lovely home, i followed ur instructions before leaving hope we didn't leave anything behind and thank you again. If i can make 1 suggestion. Maybe add a key or digital lock to one of the sliding doors fun the balcony during winter because i did try shoveling the walkway but it was too much. :)

it was a nice little house the hot tub water was not the cleanest to say the least and the back patio was a mess with tree debris, but I found a leaf blower in the washroom and cleaned it up but other than that everything in the house worked and was good

Thanks for your review, we're glad to hear the home worked well for your stay overall! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:• I make sure the yard is scheduled to be blown off before every guest’s arrival, and I’ll follow up to ensure that’s happening consistently.• I also have the hot tub on a regular maintenance schedule, and I’ll double-check that it’s being properly serviced before each stay.We appreciate you sharing your thoughts as we continue working to deliver comfortable and enjoyable stays, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.
This is a fantastic getaway from it all: not a busy area, but a short trip to Big Bear Lake, Skypark and Lake Arrowhead. We will definitely try to stay here again
This host was very responsive and genuinely wanted us to have a good stay! The property is in a very cute area. The cabin itself is in good shape for its age. Recommend for small groups visiting. The fence would not quite have been secure enough for our dogs as the front gate was broken.Thank you for having us!
Cabin was so clean and cozy. Such a relaxing stay and we got some snow, which is always a plus. Love the location right next to some nice hiking trails. Great times with the doggies and good meals with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thanks so much glad you had a great time. Come back soon.
First time our dog played in snow. He loved it. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Lived the fire place. It says they have Roku tv, but you have to sign in to everything with your own passwords.

Cozy little getaway in the mountains
Had a very nice stay here. The cabin is comfortable, the hot tub and deck are great for relaxing, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our dog had a great time watching birds from the deck and the fenced back yard allowed her to roam around while we sat in the hot tub.

Glad you enjoyed your stay come back anytime. The snow season is lots of fun.
The cabin itself was decent but it just wasn’t maintained well. The yard was messy, full of pinecones and pine needles (more than what would be there between cleaning/visits), laundry room was cluttered. No Kitchen towels to dry dishes, no real amenities (coffee pods, hot chocolate, shower gel/soap for shower), jets in the spa didn’t work well at all. Other than that, the cabin itself was fine, and a good location and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay regardless. Would just say if the host took some time to go over the cabin and fix some things and put a little time into it, would be easily be a cute place to stay.

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Pinecones and pine needles are common this time of year, and we intentionally leave some ground cover to help with snow buildup and erosion control.- We’re taking care of the laundry room clutter and checking on the spa jets to make sure they’re working properly.- We supply shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, and coffee and tea for the drip coffee maker—we’re sorry if those didn’t meet your expectations.- We’ve reminded our cleaning team to set out kitchen towels before each stay. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
This was a cozy place for my wife, 2 kids and my mom. This place was close to the snow tube park, which I took my kids to, so that was awesome.I was bummed the hot tub wasn't working though, which was a factor in choosing this place. When we arrived, half the hot tub cover was off and it was at 70 degrees. I put the cover on and made sure the temp was set to 104, per the owner. But it never heated up.We cooked on the stove and only one of the igniters worked. I messaged the host and we were told to light any others by using a match or lighter. There were long matches provided, but I had assumed they were for the fireplace. We had enough room to do a 1000 piece puzzle on the coffee table, but the huge main light couldn't be figured out b/c the remote didn't have any batteries. But there were other lamps in the room to light the room enough. The TV volume was exceptionally high and we couldn't figure out how to turn it down. None of the 4 remotes would turn it down and we didn't see any button on the TV itself to access volume.
The point of my stay was to get my dog away from the 4th of July fireworks in my neighborhood and this worked perfectly. It was so quiet and had everything we needed. My only concern was the stability of the fence. The lock was broken so you have to use a brick to keep it closed and one of the corners is separating from each other. So a more active dog than mine could probably push their way out.
