Convenient location for our travel schedule. Confusing communication between Nox and cleaning person. Requested no cleaning and later checkout. Cleaning person kept showing up, told 2 hour later checkout would be fine on the day we arrived. Told evening before departure that it would not be acceptable. Overall the stay was acceptable to our needs.

You cannot check in or out with a code; you must be let in by a representative and hand the keys to another rep when checking out. Someone met us at the house for check-in, but when it was time to check out, no one came at the scheduled time. Two portable heaters were provided, but the house remained quite cool throughout our stay in late July. This would be an ideal property to rent in the summer, but be prepared for chilly temps in the winter. Parking is very tight for a large vehicle. Pulling in to and backing out of the gate was difficult for our VW van. Each time we returned to the house, the alarm went off. Once we were given the code, this wasn't a big deal, but we thought it was odd that the alarm was reset every day. Lots of room, beautiful views.
